It’s good travel experience. Thank you for hosting us!

1) the bed is very comfy! 2) staff is very nice and supportive! 3) very sweet that you guys turned the AC on before I arrived

1) There’s cracking sound between room #9 and #10 from time to time at night. Sounds like it’s from the wall and ceiling. 2)After turn off the light, it is too bright as we still can see the light from the corridor and garden. I would suggest to build a door between the room the entrance(wardrobe)

I really only had one suggestion…not really a complaint but the room we stayed in had night stands with no real room on them. Something bigger would be great.

Pretty valley stay with food options nearby.

One level. Pretty back porch. Good breakfast pastries and coffee. Clean.

Pillows are too thick. My husband and I like them flatter.

Fabulous getaway for a couple in need of rest and relaxation.

The room was large with a sliding glass door and patio table outside with view of the mountains. We loved having real glasses and cups for our coffee and wine! They even included a wine opener.

A Hidden gem

Quiet Inn, friendly staff. Less than 15 minutes walk to restaurants and wine tasting venues. The pool looked nice but it was too early in the year to test. There was cornhole to play in the public area. Breakfast was limited but a good pastry, a coffee, and a morning chat with the receptionist was a nice way to start the day. Reception also provides kettles to boil water for a proper cup of tea! Carmel Valley centre has good dining - we liked Rustica and Trailhead cafes most. We also really liked Cowgirl Winery for wine tasting. Garland Ranch Park is nearby and has a really good range of hikes. The Sky Trail is a good route.

A small sofa or a snuggler chair in the room would have made it even more comfortable as only one hard chair was provided.

Awesome!

We didn't have the chance to try the tv screen or Wi-Fi (I don't even know if it's available), but everything was great!

The parking spaces could have a limiter so I wouldn't scratch my car's bumper on the end of it, where a short wall is tall enough for that to happen. And I could've been more cautious when approaching it, of course. However, after 5 hours on the road you just want to rest on the bed.

Hidden gem

We had a great experience at this hotel. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Property has been recently renovated and was told that they are still making more improvements. Super clean. Pastries and coffee for breakfast were delicious. Restaurants within a mile from the hotel, we had dinner at the Trailside Cafe and had life music. Will visit again in the Spring.

Maybe they are still working on the hotel, once they get the bathrooms re done this place will be top notch

Exterior was nicely remodeled as well as the rooms, however the bathrooms were not re done and the floors were cracked grout was nasty.

You have to request maid service or they don’t come do your room. We were not told this, so very disappointed to come home after hiking all day to no maid service or clean towels.

Excellent location. Elizabeth and jose are fantastic hosts. Rooms are clean. Nice eating options nearby.

Breakfast could have been better. Only coffee and pastries provided.

Nice they served coffee n pastries in the morning.ice tea n water by the pool. Jose and Elizabeth were friendly and accommodating. We loved the property , in the valley and nature surrounding. Worth the drive into town .We will return.

It was very quiet, the room was spacious spotless clean. Love the patio we could sit out and look at the beautiful grounds and swimming pool. The staff was very accommodating.
