The property was okay for a worldmark.

Family friendly

Stayed five nights no clean towels or bedding. Our unit was old and needs updated.

Resort staff at lobby are exceptional. Everything I have had concerns about were addressed and resolved.

Well kept property, very nice staff, fun amenities both onsite and nearby.

No breakfast was offered, but there were in room kitchenettes. Location was near conference and it was nice to not be along the 101. Had fun with the family using the pool and game room. Was also near Silverado where juniors can play 9 holes for $10. Also a nearby TopGolf.

Noise levels at night, 11-12, by other guests(?) in the parking lot.

Happy with our stay and with the price we paid.

Apartment was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were ample sunbeds around the pool, but it would have been nice to have more space.

Stop with the sales pitch on check in. Really annoying to check in after a long day of work and travel only to get cornered into a sales pitch. And then to be told it's not a sales pitch , it's just a quick 90 minute informational meeting and you get a free vacation. Really? I didn't check into a hotel so try to be sold a timeshare in hell. I mean Scottsdale. Paper thin walls and inconsiderate guests made a few nights hard to get to sleep. And smoke free would have been nice. It was awful to have to smell the cigarettes from next door. I would have been nice to be told we were next to a smoking room. I have allergies.

I would not recommend this place

Convenient location for where I needed to go

Unfriendly lobby staff! The lobby staff just looked at us when we walked in. They did not offer to help us until I greeted them and said hello. It took a long time to check in and out as the people working there did not seem familiar with their IT systems.

My stay was fair. I wouldn’t book here again.

Bed was comfortable

WiFi was not free…I’ve never been to a resort or hotel where I had to pay for WiFi. My phone had terrible service in the room so I had to purchase it. The toilet smelled horrible as if there was plumbing issues. It smelled like something dead was in there. The walls are paper thin so you literally can hear everything. I did not really rest while there. I expected more for the price. The pictures that I saw when I booked were misleading to me unless I just didn’t have an up to date room. Breakfast?? I expected that as well.

Disappointing

I text staff to inform of banging on wall for over an hour and it went on for a few hours but staff did not respond for 2.5 hours and it was the only mode of communication

Lackluster property in a good location.

Great location in central Scottsdale, private and quiet, without a lot of activity on the property.

Room was very small. Tried to push us to attend the timeshare presentation for the property. Did not attend. Construction near the property was a bother during the day. Paid WiFi access in this day and age is absolutely ridiculous.
