Perfect location. Nice staff. Comfortable room.

The location is definitely what I liked the most. Being able to walk from the hotel to multiple locations in the Entertainment District in every direction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the bed was SO comfortable. The room was clean and smelled refreshing. The AC worked perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. There was fresh coffee, tea and grab and go breakfast available every morning. I enjoyed the fruit salad at breakfast and drinking my tea out on the patio area enjoying the view. I felt safe here. There was security guards and the sliding doors locked after a certain time and you have to use your room key to open it.

A few hours after checking in, the front desk called me and said I had to change rooms because there was something wrong with the shower and they had to put the room “out of order”. I was a little irritated because I had unpacked and was getting ready to go to dinner. But they did give me as much time as I needed to move and the new room they put me in was only a few doors up. It turned out to be a minor inconvenience. The toilet definitely could have used a deeper scrubbing. All in all…I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Wish I chose somewhere else.

Stark and cold feeling. TV didn’t work. No selection other than live tv (no PPV, etc). Remote was broken. Unpleasant response to requesting a room for the night. Very loud a/c unit in room. Breakfast was stark and messy. Cheap hotels present it better. Couldn’t believe this was A Loft for $275/night.

It’s a 100 USD/night value, not a 250 plus per night.

Good location but noisy in the weekend nights.

It was too expensive for the hotel level. They did not made my room everyday or add soap. The breakfast was super basic and in an uncomfortable place. The staff was not welcoming. The bed was short. The restroom is super basic. I found it super expensive for the level of the hotel and the service. It’s a 100 USD/night value, not a 250 plus per night.

Nasty Room not worth the stay.

Close to Downtown Scottsdale and fun Restaurants, Pubs, Activities.

The Room itself. Uncomfortable, KOA Campground like bathroom, Bath Towels had someone else’s Mascara on them (and who knows what else 😝). Toilet paper holder coming off the wall with drywall chips on the floor all around it. Uncomfortable bed, room furnace didn’t work, then worked, then didn’t work, all night long. Overall a very bad experience, especially for a Marriott Hotel. Highly disappointed.

Very good

I did like the hotel.

My credit card got overcharged the night I checked in, which is not acceptable. I'm still fighting with them to get a refund. I have called twice. They just hung up on me.

Very very very DISAPPOINTED!! MOST likely will never stay at another ALOFT HOTEL!!!

I enjoyed Scottsdale location, close to job.

I'm an Travel Nurse from Oklahoma, first visit to Phoenix Arizona. I will be in town for a total of 13 weeks, so I was looking for a GREAT hotel. From day 1 my television did not work, constantly called front desk for repairs. Finally moved to new room after extending my stay. Several issues with staff billing the WRONG credit cards (my husband is an Bonvoy Marittot member, and tried to extend my stay on his credit card to redeem points), was a complete disaster!! I have extended my stay and placed 3 new reservations, with each time my door room card keys NOT working!!! I'm an Registered Nurse and work 4 12 hour shifts per week (48 hours), very TIRED when I get off work to go to my hotel room and KEYS & TV NOT working!!!! LAST straw learned this morning that several of my credit cards have been charged multiple TIMES for the same reservation, this is soooo FRUSTRATING!!! My check out date is this Friday, and I will have to go find ANOTHER hotel to reside in for the remaining 12 weeks of stay here in Phoenix Arizona!!!! Requesting to speak DIRECTLY with a manager today, once I'm off my 12 hour shift here at the Phoenix VA Hospital.
