Dirty room with bad customer service

Came to this property late night with a reservation of King room however, the manager I talked to said there is no other room available other than the one standard 2 queen bedroom room on the first floor. Being tired from a long drive, I took what was available only to find the room is not cleaned and the bedsheets were not change. Along side with this, there were people drinking on the lobby and being so loud but the manager doesn’t seem to be bothered about it. When I complained about the room, the manager said sarcastically that she “can” change the bedsheets if I want to, like what does she expect?! I decided to cancel and leave the place as I was so disappointed by how we were treated here knowing that it has a lot of great reviews online, the sole reason why we choice the place at first.

Stay off booking sites.

Booked my room with booking.com but was called within minutes by the hotel to tell me there was no rooms available. . .I was still charged for the room even though I was supposed to pay at the property, and now a week later and I still have not received my refund.

It was very nice . It was quiet , the people at the front desk were nice , beds were comfortable and it was welcoming

It was very modern and in a great area . You’re not far from a lot of restaurants and local attractions.

Superb

Indoor pool, variety of food at breakfast, location, friendly staff, both firm and soft pillows on each bed, room had all amenities we needed and was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff at check-in was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us maps and coupon books for local attractions. The hotel was quiet and has a pretty scenic view. Parking was available near our room.

Housekeeping didn't come at all during our 5 day stay so we had to empty our trashcan ourselves and get more towels and toilet paper from the front desk. We really had to pull the door to our room hard to get it to latch. It may have just been swollen from summer humidity. The soap and lotion were locked in a fixture on the wall 2 feet away from the sink. My 7 year-old couldn't reach them or the sink which was pretty high without standing on our cooler. Having a stepstool in each room would be nice since many people travel with their children. It would have been hard for a shorter adult to reach without a stool.

I prolly wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed here on our way to Florida. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was good. The lady at the desk when we arrived was nice.

I didn’t like that when we arrived it was about 1am, we drove 8 1/2 hrs from Ohio, we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. I learned that they gave away our room that I had booked using the booking app because they couldn’t verify my credit card. (It was canceled days before because it was hacked and I had to get a new one) they said they tried to call me but nobody ever did. She said they had no more suites available and they only had a room with 2 dbl beds. That didn’t even accommodate my family. She tried to call her manager and then someone else and said there was nothing they could do since I used a 3rd party site. I always use the booking app and I’ve never had this happen. 3 of my kids had to sleep in chairs and on the floor. I asked her if she could give us another room for the inconvenience since they gave away our 2 bedroom suite I booked and she said she couldn’t. I was really disappointed.

Clean room & friendly staff!

We arrived later in the afternoon, there was only one gentleman working up front. He had a line out the door! He was super friendly, calm. Extremely helpful. We had clean rooms & a yummy breakfast. We only stayed one night traveling through. Well worth what we paid. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was great. Right off the highway.

I booked a room with two queen beds. However, upon arrival to the hotel, I was told that Booking.com overbooked the hotel and no rooms were available with two queen beds. Consequently, my friend and I had to share a room with one king sized bed. I want a refund.

This place worked out great for our Spring Break trip.

The hotel was convenient to the attractions we were interested in. Elaine was particularly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

The stay was nice, comfortable and clean and breakfast was great.

The room and bathroom were spacious. There was plenty of storage space available in the room. The breakfast offered a nice variety of items. The location was very close to highway.

We did not have free wi-fi in room 311; had to use our hotspot from phone. The tub did not drain well, so we stood in about 2 inches of water while showering. The room door did not automatically shut when leaving on several occasions, so had we had to pull it shut.

The only good on this Hotel is its breakfast. Employees are not friendly.

The breakfast is consistent. The same quality of meals that I always have at every Holiday Inn Hotels.

- There’s no microwave in the room. - There’s a coffee machine. But, no complimentary bottled water. - Check-out time was at 11:00 am. I left our room at 10:45 am to pick up the baggage trolley. Then, a housekeeper along the hallway said to me, “Are you checking out?” It’s not 11:00 am yet. She was like in a hurry for us to leave. - We stayed in a room on the third floor. Nobody even cares to call us in our room that the two elevators were not working. I have to go down the stairs, place the trolley near the staircase door on the 1st floor, and brought down all our luggage. All the employees were on the ground floor. No one has that sense of urgency... or sense of care, to help us with our luggage. Even the front desk noticed that, but she didn’t even care, too. When I gave her the card keys she just said, “Are you checking out?.... Okay. Thank you.” I regret staying on this hotel.

Nice place to stay. almost a 9!!!

Great breakfast and nice room,

There is no much space to sit for breakfast. The bad for me was that the laundry exaust is facing the front of the property and the gas smell and partickes from clothes arebin the parking lot. The second thing I would say waa the noise at midnight from the lobby. Third was the pool had extremely clorox and the eyes hurts after a few minutes even oitside the water.
