Welcome Home Hotel

I stay at this hotel every time I come in from California. I am comfortable staying there.

Wish you had continental breakfast. Everything else was good.

Bad

Mold/mildew smell of the room and that carpet… didn’t even wanted to step on it with my shoes on. Terrible room smell to say the least and I feel particularly lucky that I have survived that room.

had no idea they were in the middle of construction/remodel ! the banging rolling around etc… noise Literally right above the room ALL NIGHT, and started again around 6AM !

Size of the room

Stove did not work. Air conditioning was inadequate. The room smelled strongly of mildew. Bedding was never changed by the staff in 8 days. We had to ask for new bedding at the front desk, which was met with reluctance.

Room did not have curtains to keep daylight out and people passing by could see inside the room

Unable to blackout daylight. Door had to be pushed really hard to make sure it closed. TV remote was not working

Dirty!

The location.

The rooms are outdated, there are no modern USB connections, so if you have devices, you'll need you wall plug ins. The furnitue is old and unattractive. There was a large bag of trash left outside of one of the units and it produced a very unpleasant odor throughout the hall way. I reported it and eventually it was removed, but the stench remained. The unit door was very heavy and difficult to open or close. The floor and carpet in unit were extremely dirty, if you walk barefoot on the floor your feet will get turn black with filth. The main waiting area and hallways are very dirty. Very dissatisfied with my stay here.

Bathroom space

So I was the 11 the person in my family to get covid-19 and really I was just so happy to be able to help take care of my mom and clean up after her and my family that I was grateful for the booking.com but it was like once we my boyfriend and I got sick we were sleeping and the own claim's someone told him we wouldn't pay our bill but actually my father and I we charged for it and of course the double charged and it's like thanks for make our trip stressful call cops on people who just wanted to help there family REALLY but it's all great later

Staff was friendly.

Our bathroom was not clean, our tub overflowed. The staff was friendly and had maintenance fix our problem but we waited well over an hour & had to call twice for someone to fix our tub. Again the staff was super friendly. The rooms are outdated. No ports to charge electronics anywhere & the outlets did work.

To much mold in the rooms and one fraud your advertisement. I reserved a studio suite 700sqf then when I show up they assigned me a regular bedroom 350 sqf

Passable

Location for what we needed.

Found an actual used ski mask behind the chair in the room! As in a robbery/murder mask! OMG how badly are these rooms being cleaned that it was missed. Thermostat on the wall didn't work. Clock didn't work. I guess they were disabled by the ski masks original owner so noone would be able to tell the police what time something happened.
