A big disappointment

When we arrived the doors were locked so we had to scramble to find another place to stay. If I get billed I will not pay. Very disappointed!!!

We were locked out due to fire hazard. Not a good trip

We came out here for a relaxing weekend just the two of us and that’s exactly what we got. The hot tub was amazing and o

location is great with surrounding stores and restaurants. room was clean and comfortable.

Dreadful!

TV, refrigerator didn't work. Had to ask 3 times to get them fixed. AC barely worked. Sweated most of style. Breakfast was watery eggs. Pics off pool area are absolutely deceiving! They wouldn't clean the room. Worst hotel experience I've ever had, BY FAR!

I went out further because you had indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. super ice cold water in the pool and no jacuzzi.. not ok, false advertising and no towels I found a condominium used under the bed my two year old was crawling ..

I would not recommend this to anyone

The breakfast was descent. The beds were comfy

False advertisement. I made the reservation at your hotel because on your website you say you have a hot tub. When we arrived there was no hot tub. We were in Kemah and drove to this hotel because it showed a pool and a hot tub. I went to speak with the lady at the front and she said the manager would be contacting never have I heard back. The rooms were dirty there were condoms and lubricants under the bed.

I would never stay again because of the roaches

I found 3 roaches of different sizes in my room. I took pictures in the room. 1 on the desk where the TV is at it came out when I was heating up food, 2nd in the restroom, 3rd by the room door on the inside.

It was a very pleasant stay. It was very convenient for me.

I never tried the breakfast. I did see several people down there. I guess it was good??

I thought the pool was heated. Once I found out it wasn't. I never went in. I visited in January. Even though it is Texas. It still gets cold in Texas in January I should know I lived there for 22 years right down the road.

I love that it was nearby to the event, and I enjoyed the location. I needed something last minute and this worked the best for me!

very convenient

the bathroom was old and outdated. took five minutes for the hot water. the room smelled of mold, and the air conditioner wouldn’t kick on to at least air out the room.

Exceptional

Loved the cleanness the attitude on the staff and loved that they provide wifi for my kids and breakfeast as welll plus they have a pool,gym, and a self serve laundry.

I did not that u coudnt see thru my window of my room I like to look outside while I drink my coffee it was prob because i was in the smoke free room tho.

Had a wonderful time like we always do. Stayed at this hotel every time we come to Galveston.

Breakfast was awesome, especially the gravy & biscuit. Need more of it. Lol. The kids also enjoyed the free ice cream they had in front desk. Wonderful place!!!

The family wanted more of the biscuit and gravy but they ran out of it. Couldn't get anymore. More that for breakfast menu.

Room availability

Messy. Dirty carpets. Meet like mold. Wi-Fi doesn’t exist on the third floor. No Ethernet hookup. (Imagine someone who has to stay there for work). Outdated. It’s a larger version of a Palace Inn.

Bed was great.

Side doors were taped up and unlocked 24-7. Did not feel it was safe as it could be if doors locked.

Very nice. Stayed as a respite to being at San Jacinto monument all day for living history.qa

Food was fresh and quickly available. Nice assortment for any taste.

Highway access off Fairmont for left turn, rather than u-turn to backtrack.

We loved this hotel I highly recommend and will come and stay again anytime!!!

The staff and room was exceptional. They went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The room was big and comfortable. Lots of pillows and the bathroom was large we had a wonderful stay here.

Room keys didn't work at first, the front desk had to help me open the door and tried multiple times until she just gave me 4 keys to use just in case. But she said they were upgrading soon.

The doors coming into the building are broke. The pool was FREEZING.

Bed was comfortable.

Sleeping on the first floor you can hear everything, doors slamming, people talking, cars parking. A little annoying but it is what it is.
