I hated everything about this hotel DO NOT BOOK HERE THEY IS A RIP OFF

Nothing the staff was very rude and they won’t give you any shampoo barley will give you a roll of tissue… it’s has a weird smell… The manager is very rude and racist

I didn’t like the smell… I didn’t like the way the staff members treat they guest and they have homeless people just walk around the place

Overall the stay was average and I might stay again.

The breakfast was good. Location great.

AC didn’t work well so was warm in room. Staff member trash talking on phone behind desk so everyone could hear. Decor was old and scarred.

Some staff was friendly

No clean towels to shower They charged me extra but can't figure out why Mold in the bathroom Room smelled like cigarettes

Not comfortable

Room was clean but the overall smell of musky and old was very overwhelming. The springs in the bed were poking out of the mattress especially on the sides and middle. I left it was too much

Better mattress and deep cleaning of carpet and ac units

Very comfortable Staycation!!!

Katrina checked us in. She was polite and very helpful. Room was so clean and just beautiful. Was above my expectations. We will stay again.

The pool was HORRIBLE. IT WAS SO COLD, IT WAS LIKE A FROZEN LAKE. MY 12MONTH OLD COULDNT GET IN.

Good enough but definitely not a welcoming place.

Good price, spacious

We asked for 2 king rooms and for 1 king and 1 with two double beds. Our room had a funny smell. The breakfast ran out of eggs.

Don’t stay here, very unprofessional and bad attitude from the manager.

It was okay until bugs started biting my cousins and the staff was rude.

Very good

Was conveniently located for the things we needed during our stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was also a standout!

If you like the hood, come here

Nothing really

It’s in the hood. The gas station next door has questionable people hanging out asking for “loosies” and looking at us with a glaring eye. The hotel is not really up to date and the couch looks old and raggedy. Breakfast area had limited seating because it was full and the selections were not that great

room was only thing satisfying cuz of the SPA I had....

The area was soo hoody, and breakfast cudda been better all they had was something sausage wasn't cooked fully made breakfast unpleasant, juice was watered down n coffee was up to my liking... so humbled by that...

Disappointing

The location was easy to find and in a convenient location.

The mattresses were very old and stained, the furniture was leaning, the bathroom door didn't shut all the way because it scraped against the doorframe.

NOTHING

The absolute worst hotel. Don't stay here. They'd rather get a 1 star review than give us a refund because we were told by a cop not to stay here and it wasn't safe. Booking was ok with letting us have our money back bur they absolutely refused. The front desk lady was also smoking right by the door. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT'S NOT SAFE. STAFF US RUDE.

Overall experience was good, with just 1 negative (Stinky smell of old wood) rest all was perfect!

Breakfast very limited quantity, Fruits, and variety of Breads should be added, Also if Egg station added will be great. Also 2 Large LCDs in suite was surprisingly good

Everything was good except the stinky smell of old wood inside my room, also bath room need to be upgraded to Shower cabin instead of old style tub.

Wish I would’ve paid a little more and stayed elsewhere.

Beds were pretty comfortable. Price was good.

Not the cleanest. Shower leaked, bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. When I asked to have it looked at I was told basically just deal with it because the hotel was full and I wasn’t getting moved. Breakfast was awful. Neighborhood was very sketchy.

Nice, large suite. Nothing fancy, but for just passing through, it exceeded expectations.

The breakfast was a little meh, but it's a free hotel breakfast, so why complain?

Stains on walls and on counter tops. Very old and outdated furniture. Homeless people help themselves to breakfast bar. So u in the lobby eating with bumbs, but u paid the nite.

My previous stay wasn't great. Marijuana smell filled the upper floor. This last stay was much more pleasant. Greatly appreciated that. The young lady at reception was very nice. Overall my last visit was great i will book again. In fact soon
