It’s not worth what’s being charged. The rooms should be $45 without a deposit

Great!! PROPERTY but not worth the stay

Plumbing is horrible. The water did not go down in the tub. House keeping did not come.

Just ok

The rooms were updated.The price was good but 50 deposit per room was high for what we paid.

The front office was not friendly, the. stairs were not safe, it looked run down.

This is honestly the worst place I have ever stayed in all my travels across the USA.

The beds and pillows were comfortable.

All furniture and fixtures had water damage. There was no tray in the microwave. The refrigerator had damage as well. No batteries in the TV remote. I put my own batteries in the remote, it did not work. Bed linens had holes in them (not the sheets, but the duvet). There was wet paint in sink/vanity area. No stoppers in the sink or tub. But the very worst was the toilet would not flush anything but water. I told housekeeping and they gave me a plunger. I went to the front desk and the lady just looked at me. Fortunately, the manager or person in charge heard what I said and he went to see what was wrong. The toilet did work somewhat better after this but it could not flush toilet paper and still needed the plunger quite frequently. Pictures on Booking.com of this facility were way more than flattering. They were completely fraudulent compared to what the rooms are really like. On top of all of this, there was a $50.00 deposit required that was not mentioned in the booking information. I was told at check in that this deposit would not be refunded for thirty days. I will never stay here again or any other Red Roof Inn after this experience.

Room was clean and spacious. I was satisfied with the room no complaints.

Staff were nice. Room was decent

That place is a cesspool. Homeless people walking throughout asking for change. Criminals walking around talking on cell phones about wanting to fight somebody and not being afraid to fight. Druggies, prostitution. I really didn't feel safe. It was loud all night with people walking around outside the door. I hated it and couldn't wait to leave. I was out of there without even showering because I couldn't wait to leave.

Did not like it my Romantic anniversary is ruined

Did not like the room Reserved a smoking room with a king size bed and when I came to the location all they had available was a double size twin bed with a non-smoking room very dissatisfied

Communication if the room that I booked was already filled I have should’ve been notified

I booked online paid in advance. upon arriving the front desk lady said they were booked and shouldn’t been allowed to book. she was very rude and not helpful at all. when I asked about my refund she said that’s not my problem deal with your app.

Comfortable cheap and nice staff

Red Roof took me in after my flight cancellation. Their rate is reasonable. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is great. 24-7 Denny’s next door. Can’t beat this slice of Americana.

I really liked the property and the room

It was frustrating that they didn’t have breakfast like they said. They didn’t match the check out times on booking.com. Staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The housekeeping service does not honor when you put privacy please on your door. I really like this hotel but I was very disappointed by how rude the staff was to me especially when I left them nothing but nice reviews. There are good things about this hotel but definitely bad as well

I was not pleased at all.

It's close to the Express Way

I was very disappointed when I got there to check in at 2:00 it wasn't any rooms available and then when I did finally get a room it had spider webs, the door is not secure I can see all outside around the whole door and it was nasty, the lamp shade was fealty, the freezer wasn't clean, bugs was in the corner. And then they will not let me change a room because they have been in the room for 30 minutes the next day I went to the office at 11:00 and they gave me a better room. But I did take pictures cuz I was very unhappy. But I will not put them on the Internet

The location and cleanliness. Also the pool is actually open and not false advertising like most hotels.

People hanging around outside. Cleaning ladies kind of rude.
