Pleasant

Location. One room was good. Food decent. Host/receptionist was helpful in getting clean towels and toilet paper.

The other room was stinky and carpet was dirty. No hair dryer and it looked like the entertainment center was broken at one time.

Tub/shower had a Crack up the wall and window view was of a shipping container that covered the window.

Under renovations, hot water sucked. Desk chair in room broken. Seat completely fell off when I sat in it, breakfast was crammed into little room.

No notice of terrible interior construction work in progress!

Nothing! No notice of major construction going on inside!

Lobby was totally under construction. Dust, torn up floors, smells, early noise. Terrible! NO NOTICE ON WEBSITES! We want our money back. No help from hotel manager. We are hoping Booking.com will help reimburse us. Misery!

Terrible place to stay with children.

The room was halfway decent except for watching the people out back by the dumpster.

I purchased the room just to let my kids swim. Paid $140 bucks for 1 night and had to exit the building to go around to the pool in the freezing cold. Not to mention not being able to enter the pool room unless someone was already in there. We maybe was able to swim 2 hours while there bc of how cold it was and afraid my children would become sick from freezing. Also they failed to tell me prior to charging me when I told them the reason I was staying. Also they should really get control of people sleeping out back behind dumpster under control bc another reason why I wasn't comfortable keeping my kids in the pool room after dark! The breakfast bar was also terrible. The worker seemed to not wanted to be at work or keep food on the bar. Waiting 30+ minutes for gravy! We will not be back and waste our money!

We would stay here again!

The beds are comfortable!! Never seen pillow covers labeled "soft" & "firm" so you knew which pillow to get. The breakfast was great, but no bacon😢

Room too smelly to stay, but Holiday Inn Express did make the situation correct!

The front desk lady was nice AND after not being able to stay, holiday inn express did make the situation correct and returned our money

The room was dated, smell like smoke and mold. Contacted the front desk person right away (we checked in at 6:55 pm and contacted by 7:00 pm). They couldn’t put us in another room since they were full tonight. Did offer to spray down the room, but I didn’t want to deal with it, especially since I had to hurry and leave to go to my event. Got back from the event around 11:00pm and couldn’t handle the smell so we checked out by 11:05. Still got charged an entire nights stay. Also, the hotel was not conveniently located.
