DON'T EVER STAY HERE

Location

Everything. Paid for my room one month in advance and came to check in, and they gave my room away. Paid for smoking room, gave me non-smoking. I go in, and the room smells like Marijuana. Burn marks all over the bathtub,walls, and blankets, but it was non-smoking! Had to fill the toilet to flush. NEVER RECOMMEND!! Staff didn't even apologize for anything. Almost ruined our vacation!

I would have liked a chance to request a refund for the first nights stay, as we were delayed.

I would have liked clearer communication on cancelling my booking for the first night as we were delayed in Charlotte and unable to check into the motel when we arrived. I had hoped to get in touch to cancel if I was going to be unable to check in and stay for that first night due to travel delays.

I appreciated the cleanliness. And the condition of the room. Besides the air conditioner not working. Nice people also.

It was clean. People were nice. But air conditioner didn’t work. It was a hot night. Got in late and didn’t want to try to find another room.

Pool Isn’t open. Air conditioning didn’t work.

Disappointing

No extra fee for pets. Had 2 beds, hot water, and power.

I paid upfront and when I arrived they didn't have my reservation and couldn't check in for 30-45 minutes after being on the road for 5+ hours. Pool was closed for upgrades (why do that in the summertime?), While in the room one day and housekeeping tried opening the door without knocking or announcing himself, thankfully I had the locks engaged. There is no carpeting which I normally like, but my feet were literally BLACK from walking out of the shower to get dressed. No fridge or microwave (except in the entrance to the office). Toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. Alot of sketchy people wondering through and around the parking lot all hours of the day and night (did not go out after dark).

We ended up leaving and driving home. We wasted $70 on a room that was too dirty to stay in.

There was a dirty towel behind the door and a hair-bow in the bed. The floor was disgusting.

It was ok.

The front desk clerk was really nice.

The room was very run down. There was a ladies under garment left hanging in the bathroom. The outside of the building was very shady with people running in and out of their rooms at all time of the night.

Could have been a lot worse. Worth the money for a short stay.

I want to know where they get their mattresses, that was the best sleeping bed I have slept in at a motel.

Only two disappointments, there was no microwave in the room & the floors, although they had been either swept or vacuumed, needed to be scrubbed. Don't walk around in white white socks.

Disappointed with my overall stay, more then likely will not be coming back.

Room was for the most part clean.

Outside company was extremely loud late at night and upon checking out when going over the room we found a needle on top of a shelf. Disappointed no microwave or fridge. Last time I stayed I had a fridge in my room, this time I didn’t. Advertise as having a pool but it’s permanently closed. It should be removed off the site. False advertising. Staff question on me not seeing the needle upon check in, I am too short to notice that on the shelf. Very very upset.

I will never waste my money there again.

It was close to my job.

I got a different room than what I paid for. The smell was horrible, it was not clean, water damage, tv didn't work, wifi didn't work, and the staff was incredibly unfriendly and rude. I didn't get my discount. I also had to go to Wal-Mart and spend $50 on candles, Febreeze, 2 pillows (they only gave 1 for King Size), bleach, and shower shoes.

The experience was awful and I would never return there.

Black mold in the bathroom and dirty mattresses. Lady staff at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all. Would not recommend anyone staying here!

A good deal goes bad as the quality of the stay lagged.

The location is magnificent as it is close to Walmart Starbucks McDonald’s the Freeway and Major through ways.

There were cockroaches in the bath and also the sink area it would burn holes in the bed linens and the heater air conditioner unit Had not been cleaned for what appeared to be months all three of us actually became quite ill. However the towels were ample and clean. When we initially made the booking I booked in my four year old grandson as the third occupant and they actually put us on the second story which was quite dangerous for him. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel before and I’m extremely disappointed in it’s present day condition. We actually had to cut our trip a day short because of this properties shortcomings.

For the money, it would have been great except for the people fighting. Didn’t feel safe really.

The staff was great, they checked me in quickly and efficiently.

I felt unsafe at night with all of screaming of other tenants and fighting outside of my room. The tub was broken, and one of the beds were as well. Mattresses were pretty stiff honestly, and the sheets itched me most of the night.

Bed coverings had worn spots and holes in them bathroom floor molding was falling off. No kleenex in the room toilet seat bolt was broken so seat moved when using it

Location to venues.

The sink didn't work. There were bugs in the room. Which we didn't see until returning late night. When you would flush the toilet sounded like a vacuum sucking you into space then would take 10 minutes to refill. The room smelled stale.
