The staff wasn't overly friendly but very business like and very polite. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Not a fan of Buffalo

Troy is a great general manager. Very friendly and accommodating. Even gave us directions to all the good places to get dinner as well as the subway.

Didn't like location due to distance from Key Bank Arena. Had to walk with my 62 year old fiance at 1:30 in the morning because we were told that the subway would be available after the show. However that was incorrect. We are not up to date with the times and don't know how to use Uber or Lyft. Got back to the hotel in hopes to get a couple bottles of water but were told that there's vending machines on the 2nd floor. Overnight desk clerk was young and definitely not properly trained in customer service. Troy the manager upon check in offered us unlimited bottles of complimentary bottles of water. After paying what we did for a nights stay, you'd think we could get 2 bottles of water. The next morning I spoke with Dawn at the front desk and was told that the young man whom was sitting next to her probably didn't have access to the bottled water. Really???? I find that hard to believe. Complimentary water should be available at all hours of the day and have been with previous hotel stays I've had

Excellent stay

The location was convenient. The hotel was very quiet and clean. We loved the elevator! Staff was super kind and the breakfast was delicious. The only reason it was 9 out of 10 is because the only ice machine was down.

Enjoyed our short stay at Best Western on the Avenue.

Location is fantastic to see downtown sites and great neighborhood to walk with lots of restaurants and bars. Easy day trip by city bus to the Falls. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. No problems or issues. Let us keep our luggage the whole day after checkout with no charge.

Free breakfast wasn't great. Maybe we came down a little too close to the cutoff time but what hot food was left looked like it had been sitting pretty long.

The hotel has a great location, free parking on the premises, and a good breakfast. Nice shower, quiet rooms, and all needed facilities (tea, coffee and etc).

I found a lot of someone’s hairs in the room and all over the bed. Room was not clean, bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Breakfast with almost no options of food.

After paying 250$ per night total $1000 for 2 days, it is not worth the money.

Location was good. Staff was helpful. Parking available on-site.

Breakfast was worst and not many options available. Rooms were smelling bad with cigarette smell.

I would use the Best western again if I return someday , and would tell others to give them a try

Everyone was very helpful and kind, room was great , good breakfast choices , great location for a lot of good activities in the downtown area. Loved the Historical part of Buffalo and Buffalo Bay close to location . A really fine place to visit.

The Parking was terrible , not enough spaces for size of building , very hard to get a spot at certain times of day. Spaces small , cars cramped next to each other , motorcycles taking full spots , could of had a destined location. But ya can't get around selfish people that do that.

A mixed bag, with the room rent charge matter being regrettable.

The room and washroom were clean, and the bed very comfy. The morning breakfast was quite good - hot and welcoming with a nice variety of options.

I was very surprised when the property ‘charged’ my credit card for the room, three hours before my check in time, and while I was still in transit to the hotel. No, it wasn’t a ‘block’ but a ‘debit’ charge that was received by me on mobile SMS. NOT DONE, guys!!! And Plastic cutlery at breakfast is avoidable! The hotel façade needs a serious facelift, quite unimpressive!

Overpriced but can be a good option for a night stay

Parking is free. Close to an airport and niagara falls. Mostly clean breakfast is good enough. At least there is a choice. Staff is super friendly. Hotel was very quite, but may be its not a season and it was empty :)

Price. Its over priced. Rooms are quite old.
