Will book another hotel for our next trip.

The property was clean.

The elevator in the garage would not work properly. This hotel was very expensive and for a group or anyone to have to walk through the garage several times to make it back to the lobby is ridiculous. I let the staff know twice and no one ever checked the elevator. All we received was an apology for our inconvenience.

Really wonderful property! Fantastic staff! Loved having the coffee shop too!

The staff was outstanding across the board! Everyone we encountered was very welcoming, warm, professional and helpful. We did not have a mini fridge in our room, however, my husband called the front desk for one and it was brought up shortly. Very much appreciated! Also, the availability of the Lowe’s SUV( first come, first served) to be driven anywhere within a 3 mile radius was awesome! Easily transported us the The Ryman for a show.

The cost to valet park our vehicle seemed high for the area; wish that had been a better value. We travel a lot, especially to large cities, so we know this has been the trend.

Overall my stay was fine

I do not like the pop-up fees of the incidental fees. It should be all included in the price. When I got to the hotel to check in I was ready to pay for the price that I was quoted but then I was quoted an extra $100 a night for incidental (thank God I had the money) I understand it will be put back on your card. It would be nice to include all fees so that the guest don’t be surprise with extra cost at time of check in.

Trotz der vielen Probleme ein schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmer.

Moderner Stil, alles sehr gepflegt, tolles Zimmer und schöne Bar. Super Shuttle Service in die Stadt. Alles in Laufweite, sichere Umgebung.

Die Kommunikation läuft ausschließlich über Textnachrichten, die Antworten waren allerdings teils widersprüchlich. Wir hatten Probleme wegen dem gebuchten Frühstück (was in dem Hotel aber gar nicht angeboten wird), zudem gebucht mit Snacks und Getränken (gibt es ebenso gar nicht), Zugang zur Lounge (nur an bestimmten Tagen geöffnet), es war nicht herauszufinden wie das im premium Zimmer gebuchte Budget anzuwenden ist…

The location is safe with a secure parking garage, it was clean, and the staff were more than helpful and friendly. It was also neat to be near Vanderbilt but also only a short drive to the public parking in downtown.

the complimentary shuttle was handy and the valet 's were always willing to run you downtown - quiet area - lovely spot opp vanderbilt uni

there were no club room facilities during the week. rooms were just ok for the cost

Loews is always excellent

Wonderful property. Outstanding staff. Everyone was so helpful. Particularly loved the complimentary shuttle service that could drop us off downtown. It saved us from constantly catching an Uber.

The staff was awesome. The hotel was very clean and the staff members were professional, friendly and very accommodating.

The refrigerator was stocked with things for you to purchase, not our personal things. We did get another refrigerator sent up for our personal drinks.

Quality option in Nashville

Very well situated for Vanderbilt and within walking distance of local bars, restaurants and attractions - even downtown if you like walking. Rooms were large and well appointed. Staff were friendly and professional. Fitness Center was very good The Club Lounge on Floor 10 was a nice addition

Couldn’t have asked for more-everyone from the check in desk, to the valet, to the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location close to Vanderbilt campus. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. My stay was extended unexpectedly, and they were very accommodating. The hotel also provides a free car service for nearby locations which was very helpful.

Absolute nightmare ever, we travel quite a bit and this was the worst hotel.

We had a scheduled surgery at the Vanderbilt Hospital and thought this would be a clean a restful environment to get rest prior to surgery. It turned into a nightmare as 2 doors down, dogs started barking and wouldn't stop. Finally, someone from the lobby called and indicated such and asked if we wanted to move. Of course we did as we were already i bed trying to get some much needed rest. They sent a bellman who was very kind and indicated the owners were not even in the hotel, somewhere downtown. After an hour or so, were were settled in but could not get to sleep, most of the night. We asked to be compensated when checking out, the lady said it was a very stressful morning as the kitchen had flooded and she would have the manager call us. Guess what, NO CALL. Do not stay at the hotel, worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 stars right across! Amazing service from the moment we arrived. Mark never allowed us to carry a bag. Reception Upgraded our room to a huge beautiful room. Great location.

Great Loews hotel didn’t disappoint!

Great facilities always like Loews brand! Have stayed them in Florida several times.

I think for me next time I’d want to be downtown. Most restaurants were a short walk away but hotel does have great place too.
