Loved it, recommend it if in the Bay Area.

Loved the location & rooms! Good breakfast! Wonderful, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, quiet room, very safe & secure! Loved the indoor pool.

It was priced high, but all hotels in the Bay Area are high.

My stay was the least pleasant experience I’ve had at a hotel in San Jose, CA.

The balcony was a nice addition.

The AC was absolutely terrible. It was high 90’s and the AC was not working well at all. The room was extremely stuffy and warm.

Will not return or recommend, doesn’t compare to other embassy suites we have stayed.

Suite style rooms. Breakfast included, however the lines were extremely long.

The air conditioning didn’t work, in fact not even the fan would turn on to circulate the air. The thermostat said 65 however the room felt at least 80 degrees if not hotter. We were not aware there was a fee to park until we arrived. The rooms look like they need a deep clean. Hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived and the room had a musty smell.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with a great exercise gym.

Clean, well maintained facilities including the gym with great exercise machines. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot. The breakfast was good but I'd like to suggest they use much less sugar in the waffles.

Paying for parking, $20a day. Waffles were filled with actual lumps of sugar. Hard to control the thermostat.

Great place for a staycation!

I loved the complimentary drinks and mid day snacks for my kids!

When we went there were too many people on the pool that were not following the pool rules.

Will never go or reccomend this place again.

Location

Filthy carpet, parking fee never mentioned just showed on the bill. Restaurant is advertised but does not open until 5. Family I was traveling has meeting I could not attend, we chose this location because they had an on site restaurant. I had a bite of breakfast and nothing else available until family member returned from meeting.

Best breakfast around

Breakfast with made-to-order omelettes, hot buffet, and a great spread is still better than anywhere else we have stayed. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Convenient location is a plus as well. The staff is also extremely pleasant, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, and everyone in between.

During our stay, an older woman in a wheelchair was getting arrested just outside the front door and the doors were locked from the outside while we were trying to get in hoping to avoid the scene with our young kids. Luckily someone was on their way out and opened the door for us. That was really the only negative during our stay.

Nothing. Sorry. Milpitas is a horrible little town taken over and encrusted by silicon valley overflow. 8-lane main streets bordered by identical cheaply constructed malls with all the usual plastic brands, paved with acres of asphalt. The hotel is adjacent to one of the area's behemoth highway monstrosities, all is designed to get your from the little gasoline bubble of your auto into the plasticine bubble of your hotel room with as little contact with anything human or natural as possible.

See the picture below of the toilet condition when I checked in. Look at the warning sign. Indoor smoking is prohibited so the sign probably refers to the cheap synthetic materials everything in the building is made from, outgassing god-knows-what. Formaldehyde? Benzine? https://biofilico.com/news/health-risks-toxic-building-materials-interiors They tried to charge me $10.50 for a club soda with lime. The charged $20 for parking. The hotel together its location is a stellar example of everything that is wrong with the pretend affluent American existence.

The location was great, there’s plenty of restaurants close by and Safeway across the street. Their complimentary breakfast was good selection.

The room looks clean but for some reason it seems like there was something biting us that made our skin have bumps and it feels itchy. Thank god I had Benadryl. So I really wanted to rate this hotel a 10 but just that part I didn’t like. Maybe they should shampoo the couch too because my daughter sleep on it and woke up with a bite on her face. I recommend that they should have an air purifier in the rooms and deep clean.

Upon walking in it seemed so lavish.

The advertising of a balcony. There’s literally just a ledge. Not to mention, we drove 4 hours to get out of town just to occupy a room which wasn’t far from a very loud gathering. I have an autistic daughter, so majority of our Saturday evening had to be spent elsewhere as to the sensitivity of my daughter ears and the music being played in their banquet hall. The sound and bass was easily heard in our room as we were only a couple floors above it. I almost complained and was going to ask for my money back.

Hallways leading up to the room was slanted towards the ledge - felt uneasy / dangerous. Parking had to be charged $20 per night - why extra? A bit pricey, relative to other establishments in the area.

Both the meeting from as well as the room where uncomfortable. I was required to leave the sliding door open all night and day, was supplied a fan it was still very uncomfortable. When speaking with my other coworkers we all felt as thought the heat was an issue. I would not recommend a business meeting here as with the door closed it was uncomfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional breakfast was included. Evening complimentary happy hours and snacks also included. The staff contacted pre and post stay asking if everything was OK. Suites were large and updated. Loved this property.

very inconvenient and uncomfortable stay

First off, soooo many people there and the elevator situation was horrible and 1 was broken so the wait was incredibly long, and my room was on the 7th floor. Then my power shut off in half of my room (the front half which was the living room area and bathroom) around 1am and it was extremely hot in our room and we had 2 fans (provided by hotel due to no manual AC) which we couldn't even use because the power shut off and we had no tv, lights there or in the bathroom. We call down to the front lobby and the guy was no helpful whatsoever. At first he said he would send a technician up to our room to fix it. Some of us were already asleep (sleepover) and I had to wait up. Almost at 2am I called back to see for an update and he was pretty rude and not helpful whatsoever, he basically told me he tried to reset the breaker but he wasn't sure which one was for my floor.. I told him my situation and how hot it was in our room. He told me to absolutely not turn on the fans and to open the balcony door. Which was in the room that still had power so that wasn't helpful. This was a sleepover for my daughter and so inconvenient. He then said he could give us a different room but it would only have 1 bed and our current room was a double bed. I told him we wouldn't all fit and it was already 2am and some were asleep and we had a lot of items we would have to pack up and move over. I was so tired already. I was more upset at the fact that he said he tried to offer a solution by offering me a room with 1 bed but basically there was nothing for him to do and that he was already stressed out because there was so much going on for him and he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. He also mentioned that I booked through a 3rd party so he wasn't sure if I could be compensated for the inconvenience. His attitude was horrible and he definitely seemed like my situation was no timportant to him and I was highly upset since he seemed to brush me...

The breakfast was great the second day the first day was very rushed and not as good due to the big even that was held there. The staff was nice a courteous.

I did not like that the toilet leaked and the out dated TV I would like to be able and enjoy watching whatever I want. But hotel only had fish with a couple of channels. Need smart tvs or Rokus. The noise above me the first night was horrible again due to the big even held and the people partying.

I've been coming here since you opened. So there is a lot I like.

2 things. I don't like not being able to control the heat in my room. Way too warm for me. They did bring me a fan so that helped a little. Took out the hot tub, WHY. One other reason I come there.
