well is nice hotel but as you can see what happen.

is nice and clean.

i didn’t like is they charge me more for the check in early they told me it was $65 but the lady charge me for $75 by that time and i didn’t like that they charge for parking fee too so is not nice for being here, and once i check in the room and look i found out they have the dog flea inside the room when i saw the dog flea is on the bed and i keep looking for it just to kill the dog flea but it’s gone and when i come back again still not find it at the bed and me and my bf was sleeping but i am the one who got bite the dog flea. As you can see the picture below. And this hotel is dog friendly but they don’t know that dog can carry a dog flea and i feel bad for the people who sleep on this hotel.

Hotel itself is great, security for the parking lot was extremely poor considering it is paid parkin

My license plate was stolen while parked in the hotel parking lot with my car in view from the hotel front desk- just steps away from the hotel entrance. Hotel was unaware until I reported it and they reviewed security camera footage to see that someone had pulled up to my car and stole the license plate.

Clean property. Requests were granted.

The front desk staff is not very friendly and not smiling at all! Our first night wasn’t comfortable because there was a party next door and guests were too loud until past midnight.

Love the pool!

It was spotless and we loved the pool! Came down here to see Taylor Swift and this was a the perfect home base! Great restaurant too!

Exceptional

I was greeted with a smile from Sara as I approached the front desk. I told her about my not so good experience with my room at the other Sonesta Hotel in Milpitas. Sara immediately apologized and told me to please let them know if I have any issues. I loved this property and the environment. It's very convenient, just off the freeway exit.

There is no microwave in the room. Going to the hallway near the ice cooler to use the microwave sliding off the table, it's not cool at all .

All together it was very relaxing.

Quiet area and friendly staff. Nice decor! Lovely pool and other facilities that I didn't have time to use.

Carpets in hallway need to be cleaned. Door to bathroom opens awkwardly blocking entry. Should be told ahead of time about the $75(!) fee for dog and fee for breakfast (probably most important).

Good shower

Noisy, could hear people walking in room above us, talking outside our room, loud and thin walls. Front desk tried to charge us for parking even though booking site did not mention parking fee! TV in room said hotel had ‘complimentary parking’! I left my laptop charger in room and housekeeping did not turn it in!

Convenient location and big room.

The room is spacious and bright, easy checking and the reception is spacious.

Room cleaning need to be scheduled every day, despite that you stayed for a week. One can forget to scheduled.

It’s not clean and staff are unhelpful .

They put me in a room with no Aircorn despite that it was hot. When I asked the lady at reception she said she didn’t understand why her colleague put me in that room since everyone new that it was not working. I had to ask them to clean the room and the cleaners did not clean it well and never put clean towels and soap. I reported this and nothing was done about it.

Nice property, but there was a lack of accommodations for guests

The pool and hot tub was nice. The room was big and was clean and comfortable.

There was only one microwave and it was in a random hallway for people’s rooms.

There is nothing in the neighborhood, for all facilities you need to take your car. Cleaning of the room is once every 4 days, that is not so convenient
