Location was good but not worth the pay after all the fees and including parking.

The location was in the heart of the entertainment so that was great plus the staff was good.

Did not like the $50 security deposit per night and the parking fee which you have to pay for. Did not get why it was not included in the total price before booking rental.

Our stay was wonderful,we stayed in the room most of the time as it was a relaxed time away from hom

The location was perfect,walking distance from restaurants and bars

We had a crying infant a few times next door

Definitely a great place to stay, near to Icon Park and accesible for any kind of transport.

Very good

I loved the ease of check in and check out. We arrived an hour early and the hotel was able to accommodate us. Food was good and we especially liked having access to the 24hr market. Staff here really goes above and beyond.

There was some construction going on in the lobby and surrounding hallways however all of the workers were very nice and respectful so it wasn’t much of a concern

Great property with unbeatable location and fantastic breakfast.

Location was great and the quality of Hyatt Place was consistent with other properties. Breakfast was excellent.

Enjoyable hotel with friendly staff.

Clean and well maintained. Great location and comfortable room.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Had to work from the room and it was hard to get stuff done.

VERY RELAXING AND SOOTHING VERY COMFORABLE. HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

the staff is very polite and professional, but I did have a problem with the fridge wasn't getting cold and the staff was up to my room within 2 mins. after I called the front desk, the problem couldn't get fix rite away so I was moved to another room perfect I just found my go to hotel from now on when I visit Orlando, Thanks guys.

Bad experience except for the location and the staff

The location and the staff

Wasn’t clean at all. They were renovating and didn’t mention it so most amenities were not available and the noise from the construction work was loud. Very dirty and saw cockroaches at least 3 times in the bathroom. Didn’t not vacuum or dust even when they came to clean the room which was once every two days (except once). Didn’t refill body wash container. The breakfast dishes smelled bad.

Very pleasaure

Very good location, close to Universal Studios, Icon Park, restaurants, actually you can walk and look for close and good restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast!

There were a little renewal in the lobby but nothing that disturbed my stay.

The rooms were a nice size and it was a good touch having larger bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Would've been nicer if the shower gel was not a bottle of water. Property under construction and we were never notified. No fitness center and breakfast consisted of poptarts and sugary cereals and granola bars. We booked most of the hotel for a wellness conference. Felt cheated and deceived by the amenities. Will not be back next year.

Shame on Hyatt for not informing guest of the construction. They should fully refund our money.

Place was under construction, dark and dirty from construction. Witch they would have informed us, I would have booked another hotel. They even turned off the water in the middle of the day with a note in the room.

We planned I This stay for our twins birthday. So the letter about why you planned to come there was missed and Dawnedh or Dawneth fixed it and put a smile on all of the kids faces

Everything was great. I just wished the young man that checked us in seen the note about the birthday
