We did not stay after seeing the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Smell of the room. Location of the hotel. Air conditioning old and not cool. Bathroom old. Whole room needs updating.

transportation to the airport, very friendly and helpful

The experience was very bad, our flight was delayed and we arrived late, we lost the shuttle from the hotel, when we arrived in Uber a totally inept employee took care of us, she took an hour to give us the room, an 80-year-old senior was with my father, for more I asked her to speed up because he was tired, she only apologized but did nothing, the same slow check out, he did not give me my invoice, and I asked her to give it to me and he said that the hotel does not issue an invoice, very bad service In addition to the fact that the room smelled very bad

Mad about my deposit not being returned

The front desk ladies was very nice.

This hotel does not return your deposits. They owe me 200.00 and no one will message you back. I just canceled my stay because of this. The rooms are so so but wat u expect for a cheap price. I usually don't leave reviews but when it's my money is concerned we have a problem!!!

Decent place to stay.

Staff always nice, professional, and accommodating. Our room was clean and I appreciated the peace while in the room. Pool was always clean and looked inviting.

The AC was not working too well in the beginning, the bathroom sink had water damage and needs repairing, the TV remote would not let you change it while in the bed.

I would not stay there again. It would help if there was a shuttle for guests to shopping areas.

Bed was okay

Whole property including room is outdated. Bathroom was horrible. The price was not worth the stay.
