It was a place to sleep.

The staff were very friendly

Hall carpet was the dirtiest mort stained carpet that I have ever seen.

place needs update

contienatal breakfast was good and the gentleman in that area was awesome with a great personality.. also the front desk clerk when we checked in

hotel needs update carpets were very stained. outside needs face lift also.. restaurant was closed but did not say that on the website.. probably would find somewhere else to stay next time

Room was clean. Breakfast was helpful to have and good. Was very nice to have a flexible late checkout

Check in person was inaccurate in telling me IHG rules. But then accommodated.

Staff was very accomodating. The gentleman who manages the dining room has the greatest personality!

The bed is the most comfortable that I have slept in. I was able to get a late check out with more time than most hotels.

Satisfied

We were there for Rutgers' graduation! The location was great and the little interaction we had with staff was excellent. If we're ever in the area again, we would stay there because of easy access to restaurants and stores within walking distance.

I didn't like the time was short! It didn't have a sofa.

The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed like a 5 star hotel. too bad the building and room itself was very aged. staff was truly excellent, all shifts. Food was relatively poor, only had the coffee. Well done, overall.

The size of the room and the bed were comfortable and the location was convenient.

The t.v. in a king room was like a 20-inch so small compared to the room. (Definitely not as advertised) the lamp shades never get dusted and the windows were filthy. The heating system was broken either burning hot or freezing. (Not comfort setting at all) tables halfway wiped. Hair was in the bathtub I went to dollar tree and got cleaning products on New years eve. (Smh)

Just short of a motel.

Rooms were quite. Great pillows. Breakfast was good. Stocked well. There was alot of trucks in the parking lot.

Pool was closed the whole time we were there. Our room door had crap smeared on the door. Had to ask to get it cleaned. Also had to request housekeeping to clean the room.
