It was good, had no other alternative to stay because if I changed the stay I would have to pay the full night.

It was clean.

The management was not understanding with our concerns of the area. She said “in New Orleans crime is in all areas.” Meaning, next time I should think again to revisit the city which is beautiful, or recommend it to others.

We quite enjoyed our time at the Holiday Inn Express.

Excited to start our vacation we showed up in New Orleans a day earlier than we had originally planned. The staff went above in accommodating us for that extra night. They were extremely helpful in making our stay enjoyable. The onsight security staff gave us a sense of safety in what can be considered a not so safe city.

There were few if any complaints my wife or I had. The continental breakfast was mediocre but it was just a short jaunt to get to the French Quarter for the world famous beignettes.

pool was in disrepair showered head sucked in our room and people upstairs of us must have been parting all weekend all we could here was banging

EXCELLENT!!!!!

Easy to find from airport, hotel was super clean, staff was super excellent, breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel!!!! Our room very clean!!! I love that you need your room key to enter the hotel certain hours.

Nice place but management needs a shake up.

Well maintained, clean and a great breakfast

NO NIGHT STAFF or they we sleeping at 1am when my daughter arrived.. they knew she was coming but no one to answer the phone, no response to the buzzer so finally I went to the front desk and yelled as loudly as I could “ is anyone home? you have customers”. No one responded so I loudly beat on the managers door but still, after about 30 minutes of trying to get in, I let them in… A REAL SAFETY ISSUE!

Overall a good stay! Would book again.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations! There was a huge selection of breakfast foods and it was actually good! The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spacious. I was happy with staying here.

The elevator was sketchy. We asked the front desk about a marijuana smell in the room after housekeeping came in and she denied and stated it was “elevator hydraulic fluid”. We didn’t care there was a smell, it is New Orleans after all, but she gas lighted us about it.

Exceptional

The breakfast was really good, definitely better than I expected for hotel food! The staff was super friendly and helpful which definitely eased my concerns considering I was traveling alone with my young children. I was really anxious when I pulled into the parking lot, since the area surrounding the hotel looked a bit run down, but that just goes to show that looks can be deceiving!! If we are ever back in town this will definitely be on our list of places to stay!!

The pool was not available, not sure of the reason why, but it was not a deal breaker for me since everything else either met or exceeded my expectations!

our second day there. the bed was made but the sheets were not changed. our trash was full. floor was not vacuumed. our third day, they did not clean our room at all. no clean towels or wash cloths

It was in a great location and smelled amazing and the staff was excellent

I love your staff super friendly and helpful I definitely will recommend this place to all of my family and friends. It was very safe and always smelled amazing. I will be staying here again
