Horrible to move to two different rooms and yet have no water.

Water was shut off from am till 3 pm which my entire purpose of staying two nights was to attend an event which I missed due to no water to shower

I think we won’t stay there again tell you fix the problems and I no I’m not the only one complaining

nothing there was trash on the 7th floor next to the ice machine and my husband had to close the door because of the smell our bed is a king size and it was sinked in. we never had a problem after all the times way stayed at the location in Torrance ca I don’t think we will be back I will drive further in next to Delamo mall next time

nothing there was trash also in front of the location outside of the lobby and our room 727 the tub looks old it has a stains it’s running down to the drain

This is the worse Hotel I have ever stayed at . I have been to hundreds of holiday inn hotels . Horrible beds that sink . No coffee - No Complimentary breakfast wouldn’t let a 3 year old eat unless I paid . DO NOT Come here $279 waste of money !

This hotel is located in a nice location. Had beautiful view of the sunset from the pool area. It was nice and clean. Great for a weekend getaway.

We had a suite, but no door between bedroom and sitting area. Televisions are too small.

I been here several times this year and the jacuzzi still is broken and not usable and for some reason my room was missing the dryer but was still great with every other aspect

The hotel is old we paid $259 a night and the hotel staff was not helpful at all. The room had a musky smell and it did not seem very clean. The shuttle bus was never available for our group eventhough they had 4 vans parked outside. Breakfast was a nightmare. If you are in LA I recommend something else....this place need lots of improvement.

I stayed at Holidays Inns for a long time, this is the first time that we were so dissapointed. The service was bad, the hotel was not very clean. The bathroom smelled, the hallways had a,smoke smell throughout. And the shuttle buses were not available when we needed a ride to a close store. Eventhough we saw the shuttle driver taking guests to places. Bad management, terrible service, unclean site.

We definitely won't forget this stay; but not for a good reason.

The staff did their best to find us a room after the first two were terrible. Third time was fine. We were offered a discount on our stay, so that was positive. I liked that they had two different types of pillows. Not everyone likes feathers.

The first person who helped me check in was not very friendly and showed no interest in our arrival. After getting to our room we found it had not been cleaned. The next person at the desk was very helpful and apologetic. They gave us new room keys, but we were disappointed once again that our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Back to the lobby we went where the same person felt terrible and insisted on checking the next room personally before giving us the keys. The third room was adequate.
