A disappointing stay at what was one of my favorite places in Ocean City.

Location, ease of checking in, the space itself and privacy.

It was not clean. It has been clean in past stays but this stay was different. The floors were very very dirty (didn't really want to walk on them), a random hat was found in the couch cushions, and the shower curtain was torn and ripped.

Horrible experience and terrible price for what you get. Would not recommend.

The view of the bay and that’s about it.

It was awfully dirty, so many flies in the kitchen area which made us uncomfortable even washing anything in the sink. The curtains had a ton of stains, carpet turned my poor daughters feel black from being so filthy and the furniture was so outdated and uncomfortable. The entire place smelled. It was a poor experience and had we not needed to break up a long distance trip home for the kids, we probably would have continued home bound.

Great Value with Wonderful Bay View

property has a great location and a wonderful bay view. it was spacious enough to fit 4 adults comfortably.

the unit we were in needed upkeep. I was surprised to see the peeling paint on the doors, walls and trim. there was black mold in various places of the ceiling around the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very Enjoyable Vacation

Like that we could bring our dog and there were no restrictions on weight. Have stayed here twice now and will book again. Good location, like the view of the bay. Adequate parking. TV's and programs available exceeded our expectations as my husband was able to watch football.

Extremely pleased will definitely be back

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The location was amazing , we have three kids and being right next to the rides was great. This location blew my mind with how great it was for the doggos. Easy access to let dogs out with proper waste materials provided by bay club. The view of the water from the room was beautiful. The staff Angie ,robert and holly at the front office were kind and helpful with answering any questions we may have had. The property was very well maintained. We look forward to coming again as well as possible getting a timeshare at this location. Thanks again for making this vacation one of our best ones yet.

Would stay here again

Location is great, I've stayed here before and I'm always in awe of our rooms views of the bay, sunsets and dock! The room itself is big and great!! Has everything you need and close to a lot of places. The pool and hot tub are a good feature too.

The cornhole bags were rock hard so we couldn't play, the pool itself was very cold, and we didn't see any staff at all besides checking out and getting a parking pass and they weren't friendly.

Hectic But Lots Of Fun

The view of the bay is beautiful. The pool was clean and towels were available. Great location! Only 3 blocks to the beach and walking distance to the water park.

There was a dog that barked the entire 1st day. Other than that everything was great!

The property was clean and we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and the linens were fresh and clean. Great distance from beach and other attractions. I would definitely book again.

There was a little gang of flies around but I understand it’s close to the bay.

Pleasant

Location on the bay was pretty.

Condo was not as updated and clean as the pictures made it seem. Also, we were missing a shower curtain for second bathroom upon arrival and not able to get it until the following day. There was some kind of leak as the carpet leading into the master bedroom became soaked over the course of our stay. The windows and sliding doors were difficult to open and close and very dingy.

Location to beach and attractions.

The pool was closed again. Was only to be closed until 5/1 but then was closed to 7/1 so during my trip and it rained most of the time and I didn't even have the pool to fall back on for my 5 kids.

It was average. The place has a lot of potential but needs some work

The view

It needed to be updated and more amenities on the property. The staff were not at the desk full time. We couldn’t find anybody to check on at 6pm and had to find somebody to give us a phone number to give us our room code. No outdoor pool. No security or desk staff around the clock

It was not the best experience

The unit was clean and big.

The unit says it sleeps 6, but I guess they don't take into consideration the size of a person. The sofa bed is supposed to sleep two, but it was only big enough for one person. I tried to request a roll away bed, but they did not supply any. TVs didn't work. I tried calling to get fixed but didn't have any luck getting anyone to fix them. I was told it would be done the next day. The next day they came while we were out and only fixed the TV in the bedroom but the living room was left not working. What was the most disappointing is the fact that we booked the hotel because it advertised a pool. When we got there, it was closed for renovations. I reached out to the property for some type of credit or compensation but was told that it was advertised on the website that the pool was closed. I sent them a screenshot showing that it stated the pool was open, but they did not care and kept insisting that they could do nothing for me. We made it work, but I won't be booking a unit from them again.

It’s was really nice good location

A lot of teenagers stayed there. There was a fight and sprayed the fire extinguisher all over and the fire alarm went off at 3 am it’s was awful!

The location and view from the room were great, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Dust and pet hair all over the place. Towels had hair and stains on them. Tub were dirty. Water pressure was low.
