It was decent. We had to change rooms because the sheets in the first room were dirty.

The location of the property is excellent. The staff was friendly and I love the layout of the 2 bedroom suite.

The property is long overdue for a renovation. We were charged for an overnight parking lot attendant, we didn’t see him once. We had no housekeeping services and had to ask for new towels each night. The lighting in the room is dark and the furniture and appliances are worn out in terms of function as well as aesthetic. Not at all impressive for $250 plus per night. We actually would have been better off paying for an AirB&B but thought this may have been a better quality. It was not.

Would not stay or recommend. I would spend a little more for better quality hotel stay

It was close to the interstate and downtown

Upon our arrival we went to use the restroom and the toilet was not flushing so we tried calling the front desk but unfortunately the telephone was not working. We ended up going downstairs to tell the front desk. The smell of marijuana was also very pungent in our floor even though the hotel was “non smoking”. During our stay we also found roaches, which we took pictures of. Overall I would not stay here again

Muy bonito pero le falta limpieza

Ya me he quedado en el sonesta de dallas y todo estuvo perfecto y amplio, pero en este de san antonio dejo mucho que desear, el problema de este hotel es que les falta limpieza, pueden mejorar en esto, el hotel tiene potencial

Había una envoltura de condon a un lado de la cama, no se si las sabanas estaban limpias y para el sofa cama no tenian sabanas extras, desgraciamente muy diferente al de dallas

Will not recommend this place due to the mgt staff being so lax on guest issues regarding noise. Also please call pest c

The location was good. Close to work and close to family we were visiting

Not clean. Dead roaches on kitchen counter and in sink when we arrived. Water in tub did not drain properly. Very slow We were on 2nd floor and dog next door wouldn’t stop barking for two straight nights. We called office several times and finally called back that it was almost midnight and dogs had not stop baking for over 3 hours. We said we would call police or security to help with situation if nothing was going to get addressed after waiting for hours to correct situation Worst two nights ever. Hotel was maybe 40 percent full and they put us on the second floor next to dogs that sounded like a dog kennel.

Breakfast was above average. Central location. Large spacious suite with a kitchen for the price.

Sheets were stained. Cockroach in the bathroom. Smelled like chemicals in the room. Questionable hygiene of the front desk receptionist.

The suite was very nice and clean. My husband and i were very comfortable along with my toddler. Nice and cold in the room which put us to sleep so good we missed breakfast the next day!!! Lol

Will never set foot in that hotel again.

Nothing it was horrifying. Do not stay at this property. It smelled so horribly bad right when you walk in. The lobby bathroom had puke all over the floor and poop everywhere on seats in toilets. No one cleaned it up either even after being told. There was no water pressure. Was not friendly or even helpful with the issues.

Stayed for a week with family, were busy every day, but it was nice to come home to a place like son

The fully equipped kitchen, it meant we didn't have to go out to eat as much.

The pool closed early every day so we never got to go even once. Summer hours should be later for adults to enjoy the pool in the evening. Many people don't get back to the hotel until 8-9 pm.

It felt like home away from home.

The breakfast was great every morning. It was very convenient to where we wanted to go. There were two great restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

had a problem extending my stay another night. with the front desk lady. she told me that she could help me because i made resv with booking.com. i spent 30 min online with booling.com and got no where. had to call 800 line and get help from sonesta wont be coming back.

morning crew was nice rooms were clean

carts were dirty and stained building is showing age inside and out most importantly the ran my card twice and charged me double for the “hold” fee then was told “sorry that happened but anyways… “ my family needed that extra $ for our vacation and now I won’t get it back for 5-7 business days also they really enforce the 4 pm check in time we had just driven 5 hours and needed to simply put our cloths in the room and use the bathroom but had to sit in the lobby and wait

Apart from the entry card issue they already are planning to repair, it was a great place to stay.

There was a problem with the entry cards, both for getting into the side entrances and into the room. Eventually, all things worked out, but it detracted significantly from the visit. Front desk acknowledged the situation and said that replacements are planned for spring.
