It was convenient for the college to see my daughter

It was close to the college

Under construction. Breakfast was bad. Sausage was over cooked. They put out instant coffee. The ice machine was out of order on my floor. I felt like the hotel was not being keep up as far as maintenance.

What a disappointment and waste of money. If I was aware of the state of this Hotel, I would never in a million years have made this booking. Every single ice machine is out of order, and our phone in the room is out of order. The hotel is dirty, the carpet feels damp... this is truly a hole... I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. Rather, go to a Motel 6 at half the price and save yourself the anguish of dealing with the staff, shrugging their shoulers with a sarcastic smile.

Worse stay

It was simply close to where I needed to be. The breakfast was okay.

I found many issues with the room I stayed in. FIRST OF ALL the bathroom light would flicker on and off if on longer then 2 mins. I made sure to inspect the room and bring to attention all the damages before we settled in.The halls of this hotel smell like mildew. The downstairs bathroom were unavailable I'm not sure if they needed a key to be used or what there wasn't someone up front to ask at the time. Hotel towels were dirty I got tired of making remarks so I washed them in sink by hand and air dried them before my family used them. Down stairs dryer was out of order and I'm sure the washing machine would of ate the money and with no use, no doubt.

Price and Location perfect.

The restroom can use more attention. There wasn’t anything clear bags for the ice bucket. And no vending machines. Breakfast was great.

Felt dirty staying there….

The location was very convenient

Very dirty… comforters had stains and tears… electrical outlets in room were broken showing exposed wire…. AC didn’t work as good as other hotels.

It was good.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable.

However, the bathtub had mold around it and where it had been painted the paint was chipped off all over. I showered but would never bathe in it. Just gross!!!

I won’t be returning to this hotel in the future.

The hotel location was convenient.

The hotel room was very dirty and outdated. Once in the room, we noticed that the landline phone would randomly turn on with a dial tone through the speaker. We had to disconnect the phone after being woken several times through the night. There was a funky smell in the room, as well.

I was not happy with the stay.

That I only had to be there for 1 night.

We had no towels in our room, when I went to look for staff no one was available. The bed was broken and sloped to the middle. The tub had peeling paint and rust. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped.

Nice quick stay, could be updated.

We loved the location! 2 miles away from the rim, la Cantera and Fiesta Texas. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The tub looked old and dirty but it probably just needs to be updated. House keeping woke us up due to the very loud vacuums. Louder than the usual vacuum lol

The worst experience of my life with the staff, Mario Vazquez yelled at us, he asked us to leave.

After the bad experience we had with the staff, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they treated us very badly after we just asked for a shopping package that was not in our room.

They are thiefs!!! the staff, the most terrible staff. They treated us very badly after we just asked for a shopping package that was not in our room, especially with Mario Angel Velazquez, He yelled at us, he asked us to leave, he discriminated against us for speaking Spanish and for being women. We only asked for a shopping package that was missing in our room. They did not return the package to us and they asked us to leave because we were undesirable people. The general manager never showed up to give us an answer for the package that was lost and that the staff already knew what the shopping bag contained without even us telling them what was in it.

Breakfast and room good. Front desk younger clerk, Carlos? was very nice and polite.

Older front desk guy, possible owner/manager? was rude to a guest on the phone and then wouldn't give his name to customer. This kept me waiting too long, as i was trying to check in. Then i reserved 3 rooms under my CC, but put under guest's names. But when guests were trying to check in, he insisted i come to motel in person to check them in. Which was inconvenient, as I was getting ready for my Mother's funeral services!! Then i when i did arrive, he'd already checked them in, but wouldn't give me their room #'s. He gave family of 5 king bed, which was supposed to go to my Dad. So they had to be moved upstairs to double beds. Then upon check out, after $100 deposit inconvenience, which clerk forgot to give cash deposit back to my guest...he charged them $7 more on their upstairs room. After i had reserved all 3 rooms together. Then there were stains on sheets n comforter. Oh and the door was cracked open upon return to room...luckily i didn't have any belongings in it yet. Should have a sign if door needs to be pulled shut from not automatically closing properly.

I never stayed here but was charged and dates changed so be careful

I didn’t even stay at this property but yet I was charged as if I did even though I cancelled in time. The little short rude lady at the front desk fraudulently changed my dates to make it as if I did stay with my credit card company. This hotel is seem to be okay with committing fraud to get your money.
