didn’t get the value for money spent

location

room was missing stuff, one usb port was broken, shower was really slow, breakfast had limited choices and ran out of food quickly, no EV charging although claimed to be EV friendly on booking.com profile

Horrible

There was spots on the couches looked like semin or body fluids. The bed comforter had stains as well. Was moved to another where it smelled like dogs. We came home sick and allergy from the dirty room.

The dilapidated condition of the room did not make me feel valued as a Guest.

Staff very helpful. Common areas and corridors kept clean. Complimentary Breakfast as expected, kitchen staff needed an additional 1-2 people. They were struggling to keep up, they were very busy.

The state of the actual Guest Rooms was very disappointing. At nearly $350 a night, I expected more than dilapidated furniture in the room. A broken computer desk chair that had clearly been taped and re-taped to cover the torn pleather on the arms of the chair. The couch was sagging in the middle (really?!), as it was clearly time to replace it. The blinds were broken and unless one manually closed each slat, other guests could see into the room.

Good stay. We like Embassy Suites. Hopefully we can get a better room location next time.

Breakfast food was good, the coffee, however was a little weak, and I am a coffee lover. The room itself was nice, clean, comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with amenities and the tv offered a channel for kid programs.

The location of our room was not the best. We were next to the ice machine and on a couple of occasions, it sounded like someone was slamming their door close by.

This was a very large two-room suite.

Check in was difficult. They promised to service the room and didn't.

Other then the towel mishap we had a good and will definitely stay there again.

Clean comfortable and a great breakfast.

Asked for room service (for towels) when we left around ten am. When we returned that evening around nine pm we noticed that no one had been there. We call the front desk and they immediately brought us clean towels.

Not too bad at all.

Nice sized suite. Good breakfast. Nice and close to downtown.

Carpet had some dirt marks on it. Wallpaper in bedroom had been patched. Showerhead spray was not the best.

Loved Our Stay.

The Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The Breakfast Bar was very good, my 6 y/o Granddaughter LOVED the pancakes.

They need more Handicapped Parking spaces.

Don’t stay at this hotel if it is a raining day

the breakfast was great, staffs were nice, and location was good.

Ceiling over the bed was leaking, bed sank in the middle, cleanness of the room is questionable.

I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites before but I was disappointed with this location in San Luis Obispo.

The breakfast had a lot of variety. Next to shopping plaza.

The room was very outdated and honestly unappealing. The carpet was lifting, the couch looked so worn out (to put it nicely, I wouldn’t even sit on it), stains on the ceiling and walls, holes in the door, just to name a few.
