The key cards didn't work at all No refrigerator in room I had no idea pool the was closed until we arrived.

Enjoyed my stay, but they need to pay more attention to the property.

Breakfast options change daily. I was there 6 days. Good to have variety. Walmart and Dennys are both a short walk away.

Stains on the carpet. The property needs attention both inside and out. Suffering from neglect.

The outside of the building looked better than the inside.

The bed was comfy. The breakfast was fine. The staff were nice,

Leaking tap In the bathroom. Stains on the carpet in the main room (carpet is way too old and should be replaced). A mix up with my booking made it a poor experience also.

Very nice facility overall

very clean, rooms were HUGE, Pet friendly , good breakfast, and nice environment

kids running up and down the hall from 7pm - 2am. Only 1 person at the reception desk at a time, ( longer wait times , can’t get towels/blankets/etc.)

Ask 4 rooms to be next to each other on the online booking comments they were on to separate floors. The toilet in one of the rooms did not slush nor did it cool Well.

The room was not clean.

The room was not clean. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom appeared to have mold in it. We only stayed 1 night instead of 2 due to the poor condition of the room.

1/2 the plugs in our room didn’t work, there was a buger on the wall next to the bed so when you were laying in bed, looking at the wall, it was right there.

I will stay at a property next to this one but never this one again….

I liked the location.

there was a roach in the room. only two full size towels for a room with two Queen beds. when I asked the front desk for more they gave me two pool towels (they are SMALLER than hand towels) and two wash cloths! no plug ins for both sides of the bed. no refrigerator. no fan in the bathroom. the humidity was awful!

Good breakfast and location, outdated rooms

The location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent. Room was decently clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool was closed, and it was the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had an old smell and there were many small things that made it feel dingy overall. The window covering had holes in it; the carpet was stained; there were marks on the walls; the shower curtain was moldy and hooks were broken; the water from the faucet smelled bad; the toilet handle was finicky/broken.

Overall it was decent.

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. And breakfast was good. The staff was nice.

The pool and hot tub were closed. There were stains on the carpet in the room. When I pulled the towel off the rack it fell off the wall. And the garbage all around the hotel was awful.
