Very comfortable and satisfied stay ...glad i chose this hotel

Did not take breakfast ...only 5 min. From airport ...was able to check in early with some extra charges....hotel pick up shuttle was very convenient and easy to access ..the front desk staff and shuttle driver were very welcoming and helpful ...overall a wonderful Experience and highly recommend...jthank you

A longer stay . .coffee arrangement in the room was missed and would have been great

Cheap accommodations, but....

Staff is nice. Beds more comfortable than I expected. Fairly quiet for being so close to the airport. Convenient location.

Place needs extensive cleaning and upgrading. Very dirty, old and worn, almost comically so. Woman was shrieking in the lobby about her bill when I arrived, though I don't think that was the management's fault.

Affordable but needs love.

Price was definitely you got what you paid for, cheap. Walking distance of public transportation and SEATAC.

The toiletries, towels, and garbage were not replaced during our entire week stay. The chairs in the room were filthy. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. One side of the bed didn't have an outlet because it was taken up by the microwave and freezer burnt fridge.

There is such a thing as “shabby chic” but this place only exemplifies the shabby part.

The shower had hot water. The shuttle to the airport begins operating at 7am and my flight was leaving at 7:10 but the pedestrian bridge was close enough that I could walk to the airport at 5am.

There was no information that the shuttle only operated from 7am-7pm on the Booking.com website, otherwise another hotel would have been chosen. The first room given to me had an unmade bed so it was exchanged with the room next door which had made up beds but questionable sheets and an overall very shabby appearance but it was already after 10 pm and my unexpected stay was already short enough, so I made do.

I would not return.

The best thing was the location. As a business owner, I do my best to highlight the strengths of others, but I cannot say much other than the location, being near the airport.

The staff were not professional, the room was dirty, bathroom was not cleaned properly, beddings had stains, outlets were positioned inconveniently.

The personal was friendly The bath had bathtub it was nice and hot water Quiet and clean

You get what you pay for.

It was walking distance from the airport.

The should advertise “no elevator “, although the smoking rooms were on the top floor they also have non smoking on the top floor which still stunk. I had to ask for toilet paper.

Location to Seatac ok..... But place is gross. Old and broken. And the "deposit" is a scam.

Staff that smiles and isn't asking for a cash "deposit ". The room was old . The shower head was literally taped to the pipe!

Terrible in the worst possible way.

Nothing this was a trash hotel that tried to steal money from me.

The rooms were terrible, one room didn't have working lights, there was mold there was exposed wires in the hairdryer, there was rust on the walls and ac unit, it smelled like gas??? The man up front tried to steal almost $100 from me, when we confronted him he said "oh I don't know what that is" and he voided it but he literally tried to steal almost 100 from me!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Although I usually don't rely on reviews to choose my accommodations, I chose this hotel based on its location and price, and I have been satisfied with my decision. The room was clean and tidy, albeit slightly older, but this didn't detract from the overall comfort of the room. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I also appreciated the added amenities such as the refrigerator, microwave, and TV in the room. The Wi-Fi connection was good and stable. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to get there on foot. Despite the close proximity to the airport, I didn't hear any noise from the airplanes while in my room, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those with a long layover. The combination of a clean and comfortable room, great amenities, and a convenient location make it a good choice for travelers.

okay for the location and value for money but need more safety features

good location but only shuttle from 7am to 7pm which did not work with my connection. they recomended I walk but i dont think its safe as a lone female to walk so I had to uber

Didnt feel safe, only had one lock on the door. a lot of noise, yelling, and music in the middle of the night and no shuttle to my early flight or late arrival.

It's a $50 hotel next to the airport. There was mold on the ceiling and foreign hair in the bathroom tub, the shower head shot water every but at us, and the bedding also was 30 years old and had hair on it.

Don't stay here. I left early because I didn't feel safe or heard by the manager

It was cheap. I suppose the mini fridge was a pleasant surprise.

The carpet was filthy and had burn marks in places, the fabric chair had a burn mark as well. Also, the room had spiders or bed bugs or fleas, because I was bit multiple times along my right had and arm that became infected and blistered, requiring me to go to urgent care.

The room was dirty, the carpet haven't seen a vacuum cleaner in a long time, hair all over the place especially in the bed. The bed sheet had blood spots on it
