We were there for a graduation, so it worked, because we were never there.

Didn't have a chance to get breakfast

The updating, the tiny bar, the lack of food for dinner, only chicken tenders. The A/C was way to loud, fixtures were falling off in the room, The smell in the hall. Only 1 elevator worked.

Quiet, relaxing, modern hotel and near shops and great restaurants.

Clean, modern hotel. Nicely appointed and great fixtures.

Clock in room didn't work well. Tried to set it and worked for hour, but not minutes. Then it lost time for hour through the night. Shower needs attention - leaks at faucet so shower head isn't very strong.

Wouldn't recommend.

Overpriced. So-so location. Not really a great part of town.

The lock mechanism on door was loose - screws were hanging out. Not secure feeling.

The receptionist “Excellent “!!!!!! I was worn out from the business of the day and Mr Dan was so helpful, calming and welcoming and he assisted with such grace, I will definitely be coming back

Disappointed. We will not be staying there again.

We did not partake of the breakfast. The website I booked through indicated there was a restaurant but there wasn't. We did not care to do the self-serve continental breakfast.

The website falsely indicated that there was a bar/lounge. There was not. The website also indicated it was pet friendly and we almost brought our dog. The signs indicated no pets allowed. There was no vent in the bathroom. The room was extremely noisy, with staff and children running through the hallways and talking loudly early in the mornings. In addition, there was someone running late at night in the room above us. There was also no housekeeping, only fresh towels and trash pick-up. The room/facility was clean though.
