It was within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see and do in OKC.
There were quite a few homeless people hanging out near the hotel that we had to pass by. Most didn’t engage us but a couple did and made us pretty uncomfortable.

real pork bacon
not to go through an alley to get to the hotel from parking garage, My wife encountered a scary homeless dude at midnight!! plus there is no signage indicating clear access to the hotel. Additionally the dark dingy stairwell reminded me of a bombed out building in Gaza or Beirut! Front staff manager unprofessional and rude! her supervisor was even more unprofessional and rude!

I like the location as it's close to things to do, several restaurants, and a baseball field. Having free breakfast and not having to rush out to eat is very convenient.
My shower didn't drain, so we were left standing in water as we showered. It's a very weird feeling to have to do that. Also, my TV didn't work properly. There was a large section with a blue tent causing anyone framed in that area to have a face like a Smurf.

Close to activities in Bricktown
Breakfast was cold on Sunday. Lots of homeless activity in front of hotel

Breakfast was superb. Location couldn't be better for sightseeing. Pool was pretty.
Bed was super comfortable. King suite was enormous and well laid out.
Bricktown Water Taxi was a 1-1/2 block walk away where Bricktopia was also. Restaurants were across the street or at the end of the block. Banjo Museum was 2 blocks and Myriad Gardens was 4 long blocks. The baseball stadium was behind the hotel and had an exit straight to it. Upper floor rooms on that side of the building could see inside it.
Two of the three elevators were out of service, and waiting in line to go up or down was time-consuming.
Pool water was too cold.
Room was never entered by housekeeping over 3 days. Was it supposed to be? Trash not taken out, bed not made, towels not replenished.
King suite room 929 would not cool off at night or any time. We even had staff check the air conditioning, but they couldn't do anything since it was a weekend. Note it was 105 outdoors, and the room was on the top floor. 74 was still better, but not cool enough to sleep in. At no time did the temperature drop below 72 even when the thermostat was set to the 60s.
The hotel is located in a popular night life area. Street noise lasted until 2:00 every night, even Sunday, but I can sleep through it. Others may not.

We loved seeing the ball stadium from our room, the amount of space in our room for a family of 5 and the kids loved the pool and also great breakfast.
We didn't find anything we didn't like.

The breakfast was okay but they didn't have gravy.
I didn't like having to pay for parking. I chose this hotel over the Staybridge because it was cheaper but I didn't pay for parking at the Staybridge which made it a bust. The Staybridge was a lot nicer than the Hampton.

Staff was always friendly and helpful.
Room was humid even with ac on. The main cover of the bed is itchy and uncomfortable. I had to pay a lot for parking had I known prior I would’ve booked elsewhere. Pool was freezing cold!!!

Loved the location. It was neat to see the baseball field from our hotel room. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was wonderful
Beds were not as comfortable as some hotels we have stayed at.

Location was perfect for our interests in OKC. Staff went extra mile to help us find places we wanted to visit, printing a local map. Great selection for breakfast and nice setting.

Location and clean
The chlorine in the pool area was horrible. You couldn’t even breathe in the area. 2 of our children had asthma issues because of it. The pool was the main reason for staying there, and we couldn’t enjoy it.

The location
The pool had so much chlorine it burnt our eyes so bad. And the water was waaaay too cold for spring time.

The pool area, the central location of the hotel. The rooms was nice and clean.
Both beds feel like I was going to roll out of it. We had to put the extra pillows under the mattress on each side of the bed to help hold the edge up. If I was sleeping in the bed by myself this would not have been as big of as a problem because I could have slept in the middle. But I shared the bed with someone else it was a problem.

Good view nice staff.
The pool area was chlorinated I couldn’t be in there more than 5 minutes. My chest and eyes hurt so bad I had to exit within 5 minutes I didn’t even get in the water

The pool was nice. We were there to celebrate my son's 7th birthday, and he had a great time in the pool.
Checking in was not an easy process. The front desk staff kept telling us our room was not ready. Come back in 10 minutes, cone back in 5 minutes, etc. After 4 visits to the front desk, we finally got our room keys. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Our room was smaller than I expected, but it worked fine for the three of us. We had a view of the ballpark, but the lower half of the windows were full of condensation, so my son had to stand on a chair to enjoy the baseball game going on.

The pool was perfect. The water was not too chlorine smelly pull did not have a heavy odor of chlorine and it was very clean area. A worker came in about 30 minutes before it was closing he's very friendly and check something. it was great. I got my reservation booking all mixed up somehow this time and Karina at the front desk took care of me wonderfully on the phone she was very friendly very patient. And that was before we got there she made sure when we got there everything would be set up and ready for us. And breakfast was great. All of the desk staff was very friendly the whole 3 days over all Karina was extra helpful truly appreciate it

great staff
9.0 / 10.0
The staff was great! As a whole, probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I would like to mention one specifically; her name is Alyssa. She was great!
The pool itself was nice. The water features were a great touch and unique; our kids loved them. However the water clarity was an issue. Keeping the water balanced is tough, especially when patron usage is high. I get that. However it can be done.

I liked that the staff was very friendly
The pool area and dining experience were so gross. We actually had several people from our group get very sick after swimming in the pool that looked like lake water. The carpet in our room was sticky everywhere, and the toilet was absolutely disgusting in our room.
9.0 / 10.0
It was very family friendly, such a great environment, and overall very clean.
The room we stayed in didn’t have a microwave which would have been very convenient for bottle making in the middle of the night with a baby.
