Not pleased

Location to our destination

We arrived after a long 5 hour drive from out of state at approximately at 11:45 pm, exhausted and ready for a good nights rest. We get to our room and it was very cold so we adjusted the thermostat for a higher heat. The heater in the room never warmed up and it ran all night! We had to stay bundled up tightly in the blankets to stay somewhat warm. We called the front desk around 7:30 am upon waking up to inform them of this and they offered to send a tech up to look at it. We declined due to having to shower and get ready for an appt elsewhere at 10am and we were checking out today. Upon checking out, I mentioned this again and I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience. It was more than an inconvenience and I feel like there should have been some kind of rate discount due to the issue. It was very cold out side therefore having a cold room to sleep in and nothing to compensate for the issue, I give this stay a 2 on a scale of 1-10! We stay at this location often and was very disappointed this go round.

the elegant decoration

there wasn’t body shower, water do draining fast in the shower if one person wants take a shower after another one, have to wait longer to drain dirty water. no water to drink in the cooler, it didn’t matter if it had to pay for it.

Short staff for a busy weekend, with graduations and Mother’s Day, tables weren’t bused to accommodate more guests, had to grab utensils, cups and saucers to get coffee from lobby since refills were not being brought due to staff shortage. Bill was put on table before even setting the table for us.

It was an alright visit but more than likely we won’t be back.

pretty decor, comfy beds & the balcony

the fridge was pathetic and barely stayed cool. beds were small. if the 3rd person would’ve came it would’ve been difficult to fit 2 people on a full size bed when booked they were supposed to be queens. parking is terrible. when there is an event there’s no way through the back building. you have to walk around to the front and that’s quite a hike. the basement was flooded. the staff were mediocre. we paid almost $400 for 2 nights.

very pretty, clean

ice and pop machines are on different floors. Pop machines are on even number floors and ice on odd. Also the bed was really firm and the pillows sucked and the remote to the TV had been replaced with a generic one, it was hard to use
