Lugar excepcional en St. Agustine

Limpieza, desayuno, camas cómodas y limpias,ubicación 👌 excelente.

Lo único regular fue la presión de la ducha en el shower, salía poca agua y caliente 🥺pero tan pronto dimos aviso lo arreglaron.

Being charged $20 for parking vehicle in parking lot on top of room rate. Staff was not real friendly, and did not know the area

Nice

I liked how it looked clean and smelled amazing! The bed was comfy and overall it was a great experience.

The breakfast could’ve been better on top of workers watching you making things feel uncomfortable like you’re going to steal the all food. We ended up going to McDonald’s instead for my birthday breakfast cause I didn’t like that at all very uneasy and not welcoming spending money to stay there and not being able to really eat what’s provided as a free breakfast and mind you I didn’t get much I only weigh 104 lbs at 28 now I got a little bit of eggs as I don’t like eggs a little bit of sausage and I don’t like sausage either and some potatoes . Also the girl at the front desk seemed exhausted she was very nice and pleasant but you can tell she didn’t want to be there.

Air conditioning went out Elevators were out on 2nd day Zero water pressure and handle to turn on water was loose and difficult to regulate temperature No linens for pull out couch- went to front desk and was given a bag that contained 2 pillows, 1 pillow case and 1 blanket No top sheet or bottom sheet and needed 2nd pillow case

Like I stayed previously. I payed for one night. The the lights and A/C went out & there was no breakfast

The lights went out and they had no breakfast going because of it. Only paid for 1 night and it was just bad. The staff was definitely not friendly either.

Nice hotel, bad mattresses.

Hotel is nice but the beds are the absolute worst beds I’ve ever slept on. My back is still recovering from that mattress. If they got better mattresses, I would definitely come back here. It really is a nice hotel other than the beds. The staff was very friendly.

The mattress and I had to pay for parking. Unfortunately, unless they upgrade the beds, I will not return.

I reserved 3 rooms we all paid separately at property but I was charged $399.98 for the deposit after we checked in and paid separately. I was told it would credit back at midnight but it took 3 days. Not a huge issue but to some it could be. The property was in the process of changing ownership and everything smelled like paint.

Won’t be back

The hotel is conveniently located

The staff isn’t overly friendly and the room had so many cut corners. Ex: the nightstand drawer was tied with the phone cord to try to keep it closed. It stayed open 4 inches the whole time

Ubicación, caminando estábamos cerca del centro y amabilidad del personal.

La habitación 219 es normal, solo que la cama sonaba demasiado, la puerta de la regadera también sonaba demasiado al abrirla. Respecto a la limpieza, se notaba que el piso estaba muy sucio, cuando caminamos sin zapatos nos dimos cuenta que habían muchas piedrecitas o residuos de suciedad. Respecto al desayuno, era demasiado pobre, muy básica la oferta diaria. No creo que volvamos a ese hotel en particular ya que por el precio que pagamos por alojarnos ahí, el cual consideramos demasiado elevado, creo que podemos encontrar algo mejor por el sector. Respecto al check-in, no nos entregaron los ticket del desayuno ni el horario, tampoco registraron a mi pareja, esto considero que es muy importante, ya que si sucede algún problema (incendio, terremoto, derrumbe, etc), el hotel nunca registró a mi pareja entonces no sé cómo pueden controlar este tema, tampoco me pidieron documento de identificación para registrarnos, primera vez que el ingreso es de esta manera en nuestros viajes.

Not happy at all about paying for parking. That's ridiculous!

Disappointing

Close to historic district of st Augustine

Bed was hard, no water pressure, only had hot or scorching water. Was locked out of the building and room twice from key to rooms deactivated. Loud construction noises from remolding. Was not told about remodeling when booked the room.

The pool, hot tub, lobby were very nice. Food was pretty good. Clean.

Some things in the room - one light didn't work, bedside drawer didn't stay closed, window curtain broken. Door key card was problematic.

Nice accommodations overall but the few things mentioned above lowered the rating for myself

Very local to the historic area and bay.

breakfast was not included in the stay and one of the entry doors was not secured so anyone could walk in at anytime and had to pay for parking.

Not recommended, awful experience

Room reeked of paint fumes and front desk was entirely unhelpful about it. Had to move myself and my aging parents to a different hotel in the middle of the night because the room was unusable, and heard exactly nothing in the way of apology or offer of refund despite my own outreach. Entirely disappointing experience and I do not recommend this hotel

I would stay here again, if the price was less expensive.

Shower stall was a nice size, but hardly any water pressure. The bathroom in general was spacious.

The layout of the room makes it very difficult to maneuver the luggage cart in the room and load or unload it. No USB ports anywhere in the room?! Very odd smell in the room even after we sprayed air freshener. The bed squeaked and groaned every time you moved. We were afraid it would wake up the neighbors.
