We loved are getaway, and our choice of bed and breakfast so close to a 10!

The breakfast was hot and delicious! Staff was very nice, friendly and polite! Location was the best!

1. The room and bathroom were super clean.the only complaint is that the jacuzzi needs to be updated or pulled out and replaced with standup shower. It was super old and water didn’t drain. 2. No happy hour We would have given it a ten if the jacuzzi tub was nicer and drained. You can’t beat location.

Horrible. And I cannot apparently get my money back. Complete rip off.

I could not access elevator. Parking is way too far and hard to find. Outside of building is in need of paint . Directions are poor.

Wonderful 2 night stay with excellent breakfasts and within walking distance to historic sites.

Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious; staff was accommodating to changes. Location was the very best. Staff was friendly.

Our room for 2 adults and 2 large suitcases was a bit small, but we managed.

Great location & friendly staff.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Perfect location. Walking distance to all of Historic District. Breakfast was delicious.

Our room was at the back of the hotel and right next to a courtyard where live music played til 11:00PM. There were earplugs provided in the room, but not effective. Thank goodness, 11 is when we typically turn in. We stayed on a Friday night. The music may just be a weekend thing.

Wonderful staff!

The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful! From lugging our bags upstairs, to making treats, recommended a great restaurant and getting the tv to work. Then we had a very nice homemade breakfast. But the staff is what will make me come back. They, also, let us keep our bikes on their porch, just so we felt better about them. Thanks for the balloons!

Other than the tv gave us a problem, nothing. The tub, which is a jacuzzi is hard for short people to get out of and 3 flights of stairs is a hike but they do have an outdoor elevator. Parking is off site but about a block and half away walking. These are all very minor things.

Great location, loved the historic inn

This was a beautiful, historic inn. PERFECT location. We never used our car, we could walk everywhere! Great room and friendly staff.

The parking was awkward, being just far enough away that I couldn’t just run to grab something from the car. Doesn’t seem good for people who can’t walk far. One of the reasons we booked was for the breakfast portion, and although everything was presented beautifully, it wasn’t up to expectations. Yummy, but didn’t account for different people’s tastes. You were given food, no choosing. I think they should have two options. One with eggs and potatoes maybe, and another option of waffles or pancakes and fruit. That way every morning, guests can pick something they like rather than eating something they don’t or wasting food.

The facility was nice and quaint. The staff was friendly.

The parking situation was not handy, but at least I did not have to pay. I did not like that there was no air conditioning in the room, so it seemed stuffy. Also there were no grab bars to steady myself stepping in and out of tub. Not an issue for many people, but older people with knee or hip issues struggle.

Location and breakfast mostly make up for the tired-ish and not the cleanest rooms!

The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. Parking permits were great since I drove from out of state! Happy hour each day was a wonderful treat alongside the amenities (including water and homemade baked snacks all day!) and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I spilled some water on the floor and when I mopped it up the color of the towel was brown, which showed how little the floors had been cleaned. The rooms were a little tired and in need of some investment. My toilet only had a curtain and bathroom no separation so I was lucky that I was staying alone in the room as I didn’t feel this was particularly clear in the booking details. Staff were clearly very exhausted and overwhelmed and did mention issues with the new ownership on our first morning which didn’t kick things off to the most professional/positive start.

the water heater was acting up during our trip. we paid extra for a hot tub room but was not able to use it. in fact we were only ‘lucky’ enough to get one hot shower in our three nights there.

Carefree. comfortable stay with lots of fun.

Jessica, Michael, and Staff were super accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. Daily Happy Hour was fun with delicious treats. Room and Bed were so comfortable and cozy. We will go back to the Augustin Inn on our next trip to St. Augustine. Had a great time there.
