see above This is not a fancy place, utilitarian but clean and functional. Bed was confortable.

The room was comfortably large enough. Very tidy and clean. Requested and got a room away from the busy street Help at the desk was very good and attentive. I liked the people running the place

The bathroom is very small and cramped; almost hard to turn around w/o bumping into something

One of the best service I ever had in a Hotel in US.

Perfect employees, my luggage got lost and I get everything what I need for my first night. couldn’t went better. Was really one of my best decisions to take this place. Will stay again at this place when I come back again.

located about 20min drive from Harriman Park and Woodbury Outlet, with free parking. coffee and tea self served around the clock and breakfast served its purpose. really clean and comfortable bed and room.

A pleasant uneventful stay, leaving room for the memories that really matter.

Surprisingly clean, comfortable, efficiently run with just the right accouterments for the price point and other options in the area. Not a smudge, stain, frayed furnishing or scratched, dented metal finish in sight. Small and efficient staff keep the front of house workings an easy glide for all needs, wants, and desires. Let’s keep it that way and don’t make me into a liar.

One minor late breakfast because of a personal crisis with the cook. Understandable, only mentionable because with small efficient staff, one missing cog can cause major hospitality issues. Work out some plan B options and you will be nearly perfect, as anyone can be.

conveniently located. okay breakfast. helpful staff. had a very nice king suite! really enjoyed the room. very spacious. hot water available all day.

no pool. a little loud outside at night from the main road, but not that bad.

I literally liked everything there, the whole ambiance is warm and comfortable. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet spacious. The breakfast buffet is tasty and has delicious variety of food. In short, I love this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Ramsay NJ.

Actually it's the only the price which I find high compared to what I used to pay in 2/3 stars hotels.

Bad

Alarm on our floor went off at 5am stating to evacuate. No idea why. The guy at the desk said it was a test based solely on the fact that it didn’t go off any any other floor. But who was testing it and why at 5AM? But he said it was a test and told everyone it was safe to go back to our rooms. So I got on the elevator which got stuck and I was stuck on a super full elevator. I paid a fortune for a place to sleep and my sleep was ruined by this and the staff were absolutely zero help. Plus breakfast was started late.

The location was very convenient.
