For a night to get away it was good.

The room and bed was very comfortable!

I think there should have been a hairdryer in the room and the pool had a weird green hue to it which made it uninviting. I don't think they served a continental breakfast like what was originally stated online. My key wouldn't work to get in the building.

not a terrible place to stay in a pinch but given more time to look around i would stay elsewhere.

excellent amount of parking. pool. nice water pressure in the showers. the stairs aren’t too bad either, for those that don’t like elevators.

the room wasn’t the cleanest when we checked into it. stains on the sheets. wrappers on the floor. the pool area was filthy and there were no towels.

Would not reccomend

Website said restaurant. I made breakfast ,lunch dinner appointments around meals at the restaurant which did not exist.... Not possible to walk to any restaurant. Hotel on the highway

No acess to anything I did not plan a car. Being all appts were set to be at hotel No food availability other tan orser and deliver

The location and cleanliness and size of room

The person at the front desk. We drove 11 hours and we got there at noon. I tried to check in, and he laughed in my face and said it was only 12 pm. What was I thinking? I replied that we drove overnight and was tired. He told me to either sit in my car or drive around for 2 hours, then come back. He was very rude and was more interested in playing like a manager and bossing people around

Overall, excellent stay. Jairo was super helpful! The hotel has everything you need for a nice, short stay.

It’s exactly how it looks in the pictures, however, the dining area isn’t open for business yet as of July 2023. Comfortable rooms, nice staff, beautiful courtyard. Walking distance to a mini mart. Free parking.

There was no furniture outside on anyone’s patios. The dining area wasn’t open yet. There’s really nothing to do in the area for fun.

Love the layout, and pool/laundry/ alcohol purchasability at night.

Though only 9 miles...Uber is $25 to and from work. No microwave in my room. Ohhh...and though not smoking on porch- there are ciggerette buttons I am afraid I'll be charged for. Had to pick them up...lol

would not recommend this place at all

well to start off they gave away our room when we got there. the lady at the front didn’t even try to help us. we had to call a manager to get a room. we didn’t get our actual room for 2 days later. the room they kept us in for the 2 days the tv didn’t work. the pool water green. we try calling the front desk for house cleaning to come clean the room. we stayed over 7 days and they came once to clean it.

good place to stay in that location

very quiet, room, clean and comfortable, great bed. Spacious bathroom. I was disappointed. There was no microwave in the room. I’m not sure I why I expected to have one. there was a fridge available in the room. also no hair dryer.

I am concerned that they have overcharged me, but it’s still pending so I’m not sure. That was not made clear to me.

location was nice, room was clean and comfortable.

staff wasn’t friendly or informative, never gave me a receipt or confirmed pricing. no microwave in the room only in the lobby. no complimentary coffee or tea. no one came to clean the room or knock to see if we needed towels or toilet paper.

Good. value for the money

Rooms were clean and. spacious. Lobby was attractive. Staff was friendly and motel was a good value compared to others in Mahwah area. Also close to train station that went to New York City which I often took and convenient to a lot of shopping.

Outside entry way near my room didn’t work so I often had to go around to the front and then walk down a long hall to my room.
