Great find and great value.

Great onsite bar and social area; suite-style rooms with complete kitchen; ample complimentary snacks and beverages in the room; excellent lighting in the room; CLEAN!; decent hot breakfast

Very close to major highway and noisy (unless) air conditioner/heater is on.

Convenient to downtown Davidson.

The property was undergoing renovations and that was not stated when we booked.

Location near the college campus

This hotel is very dated. They know they can get away with it because that's the only hotel in town that's close to the campus. The beds in all the Furnishings are really old it looks like they may be updating some of it, but it is very long past due.

Generally pleasant stay, but given the price, several shortcomings in our room were disappointing.

Nice features in kitchen of suite. Good bed and pullout. Shower worked well. Two TVs.

Thermostat didn't work properly in one of the two rooms, so we were chilly all night. Hotel staff was confused by this but attempted to explain it away as something we did wrong, when they had provided no guidance about whether wall thermostat or unit settings should be used and were still unclear about which was better to us or what happens when they are in conflict. Also, door between living and bedroom area of suite caught on carpet and wouldn't close properly. Inadequate electrical outlets near bed area to operate desired devices (C-Pap, reading lamp, laptop charger, phone charger).

The hotel and our room gave us a much-needed chance to rest and relax after a long car ride.

We loved the size of the room and functionality of the kitchenette and the staff that was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

The bathroom was a bit tired and dated and in need of a refresh.

It's pretty clean and neat. Really silent to keep self away from the noise outside (tho the environment is peaceful already)

This suites is way too far away from the Davidson College campus. There is no hot water for the morning shower.

Basically a good stay

The breakfast options were sad compared to what they used to be. Location is awesome!!! Close to restaurants, and stores.

Mattress was not that comfortable!

rented here because it had an indoor pool but it was closed for cleaning the day we planned on using it

great location

the pool was closed. The in room telephone did not work and they knew it was not working several days before we checked it. The breakfast was late opening.

Would stay at Homewood Suites again in Davidson. Great location. Safe. Clean. Great staff.

Breakfast was simple and self-service.

The staff in dining area were not impolite but grumpy.

we loved the location, free breakfast and spacious room!

The curtains don’t block out the light … so it’s hard to sleep in. But if you need help waking with the morning light … it’s perfect!
