Great hotel and would definitely go back

The staff(David and Vinny) were very friendly and welcoming! When we arrived we got to enjoy a free dinner and drinks from a local restaurant! The free breakfast was perfect! Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable.

Nothing bad to say! Had a wonderful stay

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were very nice.

Desk clerk was very nice. When our charge card did not initially go through he went out of his way to call us so we sos not lose the reservation. All the staff were friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Huge rooms, good warm breakfast, clean bathrooms

The room is huge. There is a receiving room with couch and tv. It has a mini kitchen with sink, ref and microwave. The bedroom has 2 full size queen beds with tv. There’s a small closet and ample shelves to store things. The bathroom is a good size too with toiletries. The warm continental breakfast was filling. I enjoyed the coffee with multiple choices of Coffeemate creamers.

There was a funky smell on the carpet that was only slightly noticeable and not overly bearing.

It’s our go to place when we are in Charlotte.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we plan on coming back soon. So there nothing we didn’t like.

Clean but problematic.

Rooms were clean and large.

The TVs were all unplugged. I had to.move the dressers plug them in, reboot the box and change the input. The Internet did not work the entire time I was there which was extremely inconvenient. When I called down to the front desk they just gave me a number for their subcontracted tech dept. I spent 2.5 hours trying to get it resolved. You also have to request your room be cleaned the night before. Would not recommend.

Great staff. Close to everything

Stuff was super nice n didn’t mind stopping to help anytime of day for anything.

Walls are a little thin sound like someone trying to come made me feel unsafe. pool and fitness room was close due to maintenance

A wonderful surprise

The staff were awesome and friendly the kids had a blast at the pool and breakfast was great

Comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast bar along with lots of hot coffee makes for a good stay,

Relaxing

Everything was good. I walked into the room. Everything was nice and fresh. There was a huge fan in the room on the floor. I guess it was there to dry the floor. I like fans, so it did not bother me. However, it was a bonus to me. I normally bring a fan because I cannot sleep without it, but I forgot it. Kudos :)

Everything we hoped for, amazing staff!

The property was very nice and kid friendly! The breakfast was very good and the indoor pool was a big plus! We came in to go to Renfair and it was very close to the property! We’ll definitely be booking here again!

Rough sleep

The location was great, nearby restaurants were perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious.

The bed was too hard and the heater for the pool and hot tub was broken.

Good stay, pleasant experience.

We had the king suite which was comfortable for 3 people. The property is also pet friendly and restaurants are within walking distance. They had a very good breakfast, better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

There wasn’t a door on the bedroom, which didn’t leave much privacy. There charge a nightly pet fee instead of a one time pet fee, which can become expensive.

Location, cleanliness and spacious room. Very conveniently located around many restaurants so you can park your car for the night.

0-3 on this trip with Radisson. They lost a customer.

The room was noisy. The hallways were filthy. The breakfast was very good. The bed was adequate. All in all an overpriced hotel. Oh, and the staff was very nice but failed to tell me they were taking a 100.00 security deposit. Too much!

Good location - stay was fine

Nice to have the front part of the room and the main bed area divided by the bathroom and a tv in both areas. Beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly. Central location. Nice to see vehicle parked from our window.

AC unit quite noisy. Unit dated, carpet a bit grungy, towels revealed stains when wet. Hallway noisy for person sleeping on sofa bed.

We stayed for a softball tournament. The kids enjoyed the pool, and staff was accommodating.

Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. No complaints. There was a variety of options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and good size.

The parking lot was very tight. I will say that it was very lit and safe, however the parking was a bit difficult.
