Comfy bed, big hotel but not pretty outside

No parking without a $24 night charge, outside was construction

Food, drinks and service was great! Rooms didn't meet same experience.

Room seemed dated and bathroom's floor and shower weren't clean. Decided to room elsewhere though. Lobby and 2nd floor were nice. Food, service and drinks was top tier!

Food and drinks were great, however room didn't match same level of service. Rooms need to be updated and cleaner. Motel smells.

Honestly, not much. The front desk staff were nice.

We were above the air conditioning units which made the room incredibly loud. The room was also not very comfortable and quite depressing. The location is a bit dreary.

Pleasant

The one good thing of this hotel is the young staff member who's studying to become an EMT.

Nu lunch. No fridge in my room. No clarity on the fee for the garage. Old chipped furniture.

Location was fabulous. The staff stupendous. Clean as a whistle. Not enough money on hand to make change.

No maintenance at the swimming pool area; price too high (I'm staying in this hotel on regular basis since more than 10 yeas and rooms are always same ... were already old 10 years ago)

Great for business but not travelers

For the most part the room was clean and there was ample parking

Several spots in room and bathroom that were not cleaned properly. Everything was extra and the prices in their market were abhorrent. Shuttle didn't run far enough out. It only covered what was essentially walking distance. Pool had no towels. Don't pay extra for river view as it's absolutely not worth it.

the hot tub was not hot at all it was like Luke warm bath water it was a different experience then from the last time I had come and it was working great

Bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and well kept.

The heat seemed to mess up. Heat was on, then room got really cold. Had to cut it off and adjust but started working ok afterwards.

It was ok.

the lobby is beautiful and updated.

the rooms need some updates, some of the furniture looks old. The mirrors where dirty and the bathroom had some orange dirty marks around the caulking.
