It was too much for what the amenities were

Overpriced.

Bed was comfortable.

Parking garage not easily accessible / clear. Key card system not easy to use and no instructions were given about this at check in. First room given was not made up. Room was tired and dated. Towels very thin.

A nice, functional hotel that is worth the price.

The location was placed near the scenic capitol. The staff were helpful through whatever problem I had, and there was a DASH shuttle to get to my destination at a reasonable time.

Initial check-in took a long time to complete. One of the two elevators was broken. I was also kind disappointed that they didn't have a pool.

Very good

I enjoyed the free breakfast everyday when I woke up, staff was nice, they helped out a lot when we needed it

The one working elevator, it took us 35 minutes to get one down to the lobby when we were getting ready for checkout because we had to wait for an empty elevator to fit the Dolley in as well as get ourselves into it in order to check out on time

Uncomfortable, dirty, and the room smelled

Location was great

No blankets, bedding was thin sheets, and I’m not sure what the “comforter” was, but it wasn’t warm, it was as if they put an extra thick sheet on top of the regular sheets. Asked for a cot, and it was like sleeping on wires on top of a metal slab.

Pros and cons.

Close to the convention center. Free breakfast and the place was cheap. The maintenance man i interacted with while he changed my light was exceptionally nice.

Only one elevator was working. When i checked in apparently someone else had already checked in under there friends name which was me and i was a solo traveler. When i checked in i found a sock that wasn't mine in the chair so i asked for a full clean the next day which they did not do and i know because i dropped a bronzer pallet and it was still in crumbles on the floor when i got back. Also dirt rings in the minifridge and tiny garage

Convenient and your typical hotel/motel

It was clean and had updated furniture and Lobby furniture.

The parking garage was odd and right, it was flooded and I was not aware I would have to pay $15 a day for parking on top of the room rate.

We will book again.

The location was excellent as we walked over to the Capital for self-tour. We enjoyed going out for dinner as there were several suggestions in the hotel guide book that was in the room. The buffet breakfast was very good. William - our check in person - was very nice.

The bathroom needs updating. The underground garage is difficult to maneaver

Nice location and a great city.

The location was great and breakfast was better than most. The garage was in the basement which was good as I watched drug dealing near the station !

Was disappointed didn’t get a park view yet the hotel wasn’t busy at all.

The Female Young African American clerk went above and beyond to get my reservation honored with an exceptional view and cleanliness. Thumbs up girl❤️👍

Not great, wouldn’t stay here again and probably wouldn’t stay at another location.

One of the only good things was the location, and it was easy to find.

The parking lot is very accessible for everyone, and kind of sketchy. There was constant people driving in and out in tinted out loud cars and some random scooters, which caught me off guard tbh. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. It seemed like the housekeepers just sprayed some lemon cleaner in the heater/AC, couldn’t even have it on because the lemon scent was so heavy you could taste it when the air was blowing. The bathrooms were hardly clean, and the front desk women was beyond rude. The breakfast was very “normal”, no hotel breakfast seems to be good and this one lived up to that.

won’t stay here again - felt unsafe

it’s closeness to the XL Center

hmmm- let’s see… lack of security, homeless people accosting me on the way in- hotel guests smoking pot in the check in area of the parking lot, only one working elevator for 8 floors…but my favorite was my door being banged on at 9:40am when check out was NOON! not only did housekeeping keep knocking - they keyed the door when we didn’t answer - so great - thanks for waking us up !

Met our expectations

Room - good, Location very good for walking and seeing the Capital building. Breakfast OK but there was no fruit.

Met our expectations. Although no smoking, elevator had a smokey smell like marajaunta (sorry for the spelling) every time we used the elevator.
