Arrived rested and left exhausted

Location

Walls are thin. Couple arguing work is up in the middle of the night. Could still hear them arguing in the parking lot. I was extremely tired the next morning and late check out request was denied.

Breakfast could be better and have more hot meal options.

Everytime I've checked in at this hotel there is Always something in my room that is dirty making me feel like the rooms, microwave, sheets and towels are not properly cleaned/ sanitized or checked before room being assigned. It's totally unacceptable, and this is my second time experiencing this at this same hotel.

Outrageous Pet Fee

As has been the case with past stays, staff was friendly and professional. The amenities were above average.

AThe recent pet fee increase put this hotel's fee at a rate that clearly shows it would prefer occupants don't travel with their pets. Their rate is double or more than double that of the other hotels we normally stay in the area. We will not stay at Staybridge hotels in the future unless no other options are available.

I was traveling alone for work. The hotel felt comfortable and safe no one bothered me staff was so friendly breakfast did not taste very good but it was a good clean presentation. Maybe change the food or the cook. I would definitely stay there again the room was nice

Definitely coming back

Everything about this place. Very clean on outside, lobby, and room. The staff on afternoon shift was incredible, very friendly, Cameron was awesome and a lot of fun. Very pet friendly. Breakfast was delicious, best breakfast we have seen in a while. We actually stayed an extra night bc of how great this hotel is and a little bc of "Mr. Movies" Cameron.

I honestly can't think of anything bad.

Loved it!

This hotel was perfect for our family. I loved that we had a separate space and the kids could have the pull out bed in the living area.

The traffic on woodruff road is a bit ridiculous. It took us 24 minutes to get past the light just to leave the area.

Great place to stay

Comfortable place to stay for my family of 4 for a few days and our doggie. Kids had their own room and bathroom. Relaxing outdoor area with firepit. We enjoyed the music playing in the background. Great staff.

I liked the handicap accessible room which made it easier on me within the suite and private bedroom also the small kitchen everything was right there together . 😉 ❗❗THE 12:00 CHECKOUT IS A PLUS ❗❗
