My stay was good. The room smelled nice, the room was clean, and the shower water has hot.

I liked that the hotel was clean and had a bar.

If the mattress were a little softer.

Sleepless

Breakfast good. Staff lovely.

I had requested quiet room but got one next to I-85. Traffic noise kept me awake so the most important thing about my stay ie a restful night, scores 0. The lovely room, the nice toiletries etc were more than canceled out by the time breakfast was served. Very disappointed.

Did not eat breakfast

Loud party going on that evening. Could hear the music all the way to our room on the 5th floor. Staff was eating in the office area behind check in. Receptionist could have been more courteous.

finally a Hilton room with a Kerig. I brought extra coffee it was great. great Tv size in the room. always enjoy when there is a bar at the hotel

DON'T BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM

Hotel was great and staff

Booking.com is TRASH....Not only would it have been cheaper to go through the actual hotel but booking.com customer service is by far the worst... I suggest not going through booking.com and going straight to the source, it's cheaper and way less of a hassle... I paid for 2 nights and only did 1 because of the bad customer service at booking... Their lack of knowledge and giving me the run around was it for me... DONT GO THROUGH BOOKING.COM
