Satisfactory

The beds are very comfortable and the room is well stocked and clean.

There was homeless peoples trash in the street behind the building. Also some of the other tenants were very loud right outside my door at 5 AM

Need my money back

I love this property and I always go here and I always have my money down. I used to be with somebody that was doing the same thing we go together but he’s also very abusive person that we got engaged and then he starts talking to me and the manager became his girlfriend and she told him my information everything start going there.

The manager started telling my abuser, which was on the notes that I was doing this and that and she’s getting information that she wasn’t supposed to me out

Familiarity, we have been here more than a couple of times

Not much but since we had a pet i felt like we should be on a non carpet floor

I would definitely stay here again but not sure when, the cost is high.

The layout was easy to get around and through. All the staff were very friendly. I liked the pool area but didn’t have my swim wear (so next time). At least had one working elevator. love the keurigs

Restaurant was short staffed Friday evening and couldn’t accommodate room service. No microwave in room. The cost is steep, but I bit the bullet and treated myself because I haven’t been away by myself in a very long time.

Exceptionally clean room with extra comfy beds. Breakfast tickets at adjoining restaurant for a real hot breakfast. Super convenient location off of I-5.

Black mold and smell of raw sewage

Nothing

The rooms and hallways smelled like raw sewage, it was foul. The elevator didn't work and medical personnel couldn't get to my room without using the stairs, I was having a heart attack and was forced to walk down with assistance. None of the lights in the room worked except for the bathroom, and no power outlet worked. The wifi was spotty, constantly disconnecting. There was black mold caked under the soap holder.

Exceptional

The hotel was clean the parking lot was a mess because of the snow ice storm. The beds were absolutely comfortable I will be staying there again. I love that the hotel has a banquet area which we used for business and then we ate at the little restaurant which had excellent food.

DON'T EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

I'm so disappointed in this hotel.

This hotel we booked included breakfast, but we got the coupons. The coupon only included two adults and one kid under 11 years old, that means NO BREAKFAST FOR TEENGERS. This is not about 20 dollars, the stuff is so rude. When I was talking to them, I felt like they were going to hit me.

Most of the staff have attitude and just like this app it doesn't let you finish typing the problems

Cleanliness one staff member was awesome

An old dirty Mercedes car was parked in the entrance way to the hotel and had been there for weeks as I know probably much longer was told it belong to the owner and that's where he parked it didn't know that breakfast was not included when we booked the room we were not offered a Wi-Fi password we had to ask for a microwave there was no ironing board but there was a iron

A little too much for what you get

Big bathroom, rolling table for workstation

No chair to sit in? Never seen that before and there was plenty of room. No overhead lighting

Don’t stay here.

Rooms were clean

Everything was broke. We booked for the pool, down for maintenance. Got stuck in the elevator that only goes from floor one to five over and over, no signs until later at night. Remote batteries were removed. Took an hour and a half for the restaurant to make a French dip and a BLT even though we were the only people eating. No bathtub, just a shower. Left without staying the night. on the way out I hit the exit door button to get all my luggage out and it was broken too.

Great staff and comfortable beds!

Great room and service.

When I booked I expected breakfast. The add didn’t state that breakfast had to be purchased separately! Also, there was no barrier between rooms with connecting doors. I could hear every word and noises my neighbors uttered!
