Ok quality for that price

The room pictures don’t reflect the room to 100% - rooms are worn out and could be cleaner. Ok quality for moderate price.

Some room equipment could have been replaced, and be bit cleaner

The breakfast bar was empty and no plates.

Someone's hair in the Shower, last trip there they had dirty towels, they ran out of plates, all the food was empty. Had to ask for biscuits, out of omlettes, 1 sausage. This was at 7:30 am. So still very long time left for breakfast.

The exterior doesnt do the hotel justice. The interior rooms and lobby are updated & clean. Staff was extremely welcoming, great customer service.

The exterior needs upgrade, but hotel itself is nice.

The property was convenient and clean. The staff was pleasant, but difficult to work with. Most of the staff at the front desk didn’t appear to be knowledgeable of the arrangements for my stay. The breakfast was ample and readily serviced. Their food staff was the best rating overall.

I was charged nearly $300 over what I arranged with Booking.com. I’m not sure what this was for

One bad thing after another very little service recovery until the end and then it was too late my n

Horrible. Didn’t have butter for toast. Didn’t refill food. Hot choc broken. Various items said out of order

Elevator was out of service gas laundry was out of service. Pool was out of service. Front desk staff on our first night was horrible.

Fixing the elevator could have made this a great place to stay.

Location is good. Clean room. Nice breakfast.

I’m disabled. The elevator is not working! I specifically book a hotel with an elevator. Someone carried my suitcase to second floor. Checking out, the person said at desk said there was no one to help me. It was extremely difficult to do this on my own. My room was not cleaned the first night. Had to go get clean towels at desk

People matter to them

All of the people who work at this particular site we’re very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast came in so handy and was delicious.

A little slow at cleaning our room, we were there for four days and we never got a sheet change or towel change.

It worked for the night but I would not stay longer then that

The lobby and breakfast bar area were lovely.

Our room was very dated. It smelled like smoke when walked in. it obviously had been a smoking room at one point. The view outside our window was of blackberry bushes and a trash piile

Staff was great. It was a shame the "noisey" heater and toilet kept me from a good night's sleep.

All staff I encountered were courteous and friendly. They were the highlight of my stay.

Wednesday night the heating unit was extremely loud whenever it came on and the toilet ran off and on most of the night as well. I reported the issues to the front desk the next morning as well as shared the videos I'd taken during the night of the "noises". The maintenance person was supposed to look at it while I was at my conference that day and when I returned to the room later that day, the "sounds" didn't seem to occur as often but the issue wasn't totally resolved. On Friday morning, after I'd picked up some hot food, I noticed ants crawling on the counter near the food and on the nearby wall. I reported it to the staff member on duty and she quickly went over to check it out. I took videos of the heating unit and toilet noise if you would like them.

Excellent rate but needed a bit of luxery this time.

the room price was exceptional but we ended our stay early and received a promise of a refund. great breakfast and kind staff.

Room decor was shabby, room was dark and kind of depressing. Very fair price but prefer budget with some style. this was just dreary.

Happy campers!

A Great Hotel, so much Parking

Breakfast is good here!

The elevator was broken, we hate stairs we live on the 3rd floor with no elevator at home so when we travel that's the one thing we don't want to do is stairs.

The breakfast and the staff .

I think landscape in the highway side of building needed to be cleaned up a bit . Looking out at the trees was nice but it was like woods no one had tended to .
