Ruined 1 st day of vacation

Hated it wasted $200 on two rooms

Dirty old facility pull out couch had ants in it Tv didn’t work dishes in cabinet were dirty No soap or shampoo In shower I could go on and on

No problems, we enjoyed our stay.

Did not see the breakfast.

All was fine. We got thirsty after we had been in our room for a while so we were very happy with the pantry.

Very disappointed, I used to live in Owasso.

Had to change rooms 4 times to find a TV that worked. The outlet on the lamp next to the bed didn’t work.

Hotel changed our room rate. I was called the afternoon that we were supposed to check in and told me that if I didn’t

liked the room with the kitchenette.

Lack of communication between staff. was called and told I would be upgraded, when we got there. the staff member knew nothing about it. changed our room rate from $93 to $124. charged our credit card twice. the room still had coffee grounds in coffee maker from previous guests.

It was okay, not extraordinary.

Location was good, a lot of things within a short distance.

The hotel didn't seem or smell very clean. The toilet in our room ran all the time, unless you had the handle placed in exactly the right spot. Not enough towels provided.

Rooms needed to be restocked with towels and cleaned daily. Had to ask for towel, they only clean once a week because of Covid. Time for Covid to quit being used as an excuse.

Desk staff had no interest in helping if we needed extra towels or bedding. Little was explained upon checking as far as how the room cleaning work. No room cleaning for both days stayed. No one emptied our garbage. The desk staff was not very pleasant. We seemed to be a distraction. Won’t stay there again. This was my second time at this location.

Wifi and laundry

Rude staff, barery spoke to us. We didnt know how cleaning service works so had no cleaning service, no toilet paper no trash cleaning in 7 days. Instructions are not clear.

Nice hotel

Very comfortable room, easy access from main road and HWY. The small kitchen area was nice. We have stayed here before while visiting home. Always a good stay.

House keeping banging on the door back to back hours before check out.
