It was a place to stay.
Did not get the room cleaned at all, wasn't provided enough trash bags or towels. The hotel was run down. Was advertised as having a kitchen so I bought food expecting an oven, there was no oven.

La situation de l'hôtel est idéal pour les parcs mais attention, sans voiture il est compliqué de se déplacer
La piscine est assez agréable
Le personnel qui s'occupe du petit déjeuné est très bien et très gentil
L'hôtel est sale, les chambres pas entretenues, le ménage n'a pas été fait. Nous avons eu un gros problème d'eau chaude et on nous a quasiment ignoré!! La responsable de l'hôtel n'a jamais voulu nous vois pour parler du problème ( elle vient de partir, elle ne travaille pas tel jour etc..)
la chambre sentait mauvais et impossible d'aérer, il fallait forcer la porte de la chambre pour la fermer.
Petit détail par rapport au reste : l'hôtel indique dans sa description qu'il y a des gaufres Mickey au petit déjeuné, on en a jamais vu la couleur

me cobraron 200USD por garantia cuando llege a este hotel, cuando sali solicite la devolucion de mi garantia y no me la entregaron, me dijeron que se devolveria a mi tarjeta, llevo mas de 30 dias y jamas la devolvieron, se quedaron con mi garantia, y por mas que reclamo, ellos dicen que la devuelven a la tarjeta, y en mi banco no llega nada, y les solicito el comprobante de devolucion y dicen que no lo tienen. un robo este hotel, cuidado a los huespedes

La atención del personal es excelente, desde el Lobby, el supervisor Anthony nos recibió con una sonrisa.
El Desayuno estaba completo, había un poco de todo y el personal muy amable
El Area de la piscina estaba lindo, lastima que nos llovió los 2 dias que estuvimos 😕
Mientras esperabamos para el check in, pudimos jugar en la sala de juegos que tienen, ademas que tienen un Gym con maquinas nuevas.
La ubicación para nosotros fue ideal, y las habitaciones fueron muy comodas,, estuvimos en un dept 2 cuartos y estaba completo y muy limpio

Todo tranquilo y perfecto y limpio como siempre a mí me agrada tiene buen precio y son honestos y muy amables los de servicio tanto como el lobby como los Housekeeping de hecho se me perdió una argolla de mi esposa me la guardaron y la pude recuperar muy agradable

Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Pool was clean and attended too often. All trash was emptied continuously, which kept the property clean and tidy. General Manager came out to check on the guests to ensure their stay was going well. Overall wonderful property. I will stay there again

The property was close to disney and universal Studios, where going!
Hotel was old, had a very bad oder downstairs! Staff was very nonchalant, tvs was not working properly…. Had the sheets changed twice because they where dirty! Just a horrible experience

This is an older property, and it shows. The carpet in the halls was filthy. The furniture was old. The sofa was lopsided.

The television keep going out. Direct TV is the worst. The phone did not work even though they came and said it was fixed.

Had a full kitchenette with stove and full fridge.
Felt them skimp a little on making sure it was fully clean found someone hair in the shower. But other than that was well keep up.

Llegamos a las 10:00pm a hacer el checking de mi acotación y a esa hora me dicen que ya no la tenían disponible cuando ya mi reservación se había echo 2 días antes y una persona de nombre Scout que estaba en el from desk me atendió de forma racista a mi y mi familia y nos dijo que mi habitación había sido vendida a otras personas y no quiso ayudarnos por que dijo que nosotros no compramos con ellos la reservación del hotel, que la hicimos con bookin 😡 y nos tocó ir a buscar por nuestra propia parte un hotel a esa hora y fue como hasta después de las 2:00 de la mañana que logramos encontrar algo

Close to both Disney and Universal with free shuttle service
It is old and tired and needs a good rehab and refurbish, maintenance is badly needed, hot tub wasn’t working, and we went two days without hot water

The front desk staff waived the charges for the package deliveries I received
I did not like the payment process for reservation
I did not like that I had to fill a form every morning by 9am for my room to be cleaned
The front office staff were not helpful most times. Always referring to the manager or stating that nothing could be done about an escalation

They have some serious problems with the pipes they were all clogged and when we try to open any sink nasty water with hair and dirt from other people and nasty smell was coming from the bath tub… horrible! when I complained telling the employees at front desk to please change me of room they told me were full, but will call me during the day with a solution…. until now I am waiting.. they never did… they cleaned it but no so good … and the smell even before the clogged was horrible in the room.. it seems like they clean with a dirty rag. Literally the hallway smell like a fritanga, all rooms have a kitchennet but it should be a better way to clean the air in hallway smell pure grease with no ac it makes me almost throw up everytime I need to walk in there. Also they were disrespectful, we went to have breakfast the last day, the check out was supposedly at 11 am at 10 am when we came back to wrap up our things they already unprogrammed our card, need to tell cleaning lady to ask if she could open the room. Horrible experience… I came several times in the past to marriott hotels in Orlando, but seriously I think this is the last time…. quality and hispitality has gone down.

Y llegamos 14 hs y el horario de ingreso es a las 16 y le dijimos si podíamos ingresar igual y nos quisieron cobrar 40 dólares por ingresar 2 horas antes una vergüenza total

No employee present to check us in... or the horde of guests waiting to check in for over an hour at 1am in the morning after a long day at the amusement park. Wrote them and they still have not responded. UNACCEPTABLE.

El lugar queda bien situado, cerca de varios centros comerciales importantes, outlet y parque de facil acceso, el desayuno fue bueno, la limpieza buena, las habitaciones amplias y confotables,
Una joven en la recepcion de la manana fue muy desagradable, pedimos una extension simplemente nos dijo que nos fueramos del hotel que no habia manera porque era fin de semana, no busco ninguna opcion para nosotros, me parece una forma muy inadecuada de tratar al cliente, he visitado este hotel en el pasado y es la segunda vez que nos tratan mal, me fui del hotel a otro lado, obviamente si lo puedo evitar no pienso regresar, una lastima porque me gusta mucho por el lugar donde esta ubicado.

Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables, adecuado para la familia, el hotel esta cerca de tiendas y supermercados, los parques estan relativamente cerca, el area y entorno limpia y bonita, el desayuno es bueno y variado.

Deberían de variar un poco el desayuno. Aunque el que esté incluido es un plus. En las duchas de las habitaciones, son bañeras, y algunas veces es peligroso subirse y bajarse, sobre todo la gente mayor. Deberían de liner agarraderas en todas las duchas

It’s not worth. Very bad as far as Marriot’s brand is concerned. No value was given to Bonvoy member. Front desk persons’ behavior was not good. They just don’t care

Location to Universal, bed was comfortable, roomy area.
Breakfast didn’t have much variety, hot tub was dirty at 11:00 am , water wasn’t very warm, jets didn’t work well.
