Nice locatiom. Good for couples.

Free snacks and drinks

uncomfortable pillows, dusty shelves, no microwave in the room, old locks, no person or desk information in the property, i still need to contact them by phone or email for any inquiries/help.

Pictures are deceiving.

Bed the comfortable. Close to lake and heavenly and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

They tried to turn a motel into a hotel but its still a motel in all aspects. Pictures are deceiving. Shower area in bathroom was too small and angle of the shower head would spray water on wall instead of floor. There is no receptionist or lobby area. No room service. We stayed for 3 nights and saw a guy once who apparently worked here. Half of the parking was covered in snow. What was left get full pretty quickly. Overall, this would be my last place to consider to when staying in Lake Tahoe in future.

Nice small facility, but dissappointed with room they gave us and also no access to coffee.

Very clean and nice master bedroom.

We asked for two queen beds and they gave us family unit. My friend had to sleep in kids room with small twin beds. Heater did not properly work so it was freezing when we arrive and I could not fully heat the place. Breakfast hot drink room code for door never worked. No onsite manager to deal with issues. A little disappointed.

Very bad costumer service!

I haven’t used my reservation.

I’m a frequent visitor of Tahoe for snowboarding. I tried to change my reservation calling the property and talked to Mia twice. She looks very nice over the phone and says she will call you back. I had to follow up calling her back. I tried to rebook for another day and she said she has a room for the next weekend. I was willing to pay the difference in rate and everything. She took my email address and never sent me a reservation. Yes, you got my 120 paid reservation but you will never see me booking this hotel again. Very bad costumer service. It’s the first time I had this problem in 5 years visiting Tahoe. I will continue making my reservations with booking.com because it always has worked very well for me. Resthaven Tahoe is out of my list! What a waist of time! * I didn’t use my reservation so I’m can’t rate the room.

Good if you’re looking for a clean room to just sleep.

We stayed for one night and the room totally served it’s purpose. It is basic, but clean. Appreciated the water bottles and basic necessities in the bathroom. Parking is right in front and worked well.

The TV didn’t work, but we didn’t care much. There was no staff - neither when we arrived in the afternoon nor when we left in the morning. It was absolutely fine for us, just mentioning it.

Great location and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and they had a nice coffee/snack room that was clean and organized with a good seating area. The location was within walking distance of the main street filled with shops, restaurants and casino. Also, they had a private entrance to the beach. Parking was close to our oom for easy loading.

It was an older establishment with a room and bathroom that needed updating.

Exceptional

We met the new owner, who had just talen over the property. Perfect service and great advice from the staff on local restaurants. There will be renovations going on, but even before that our room was charming and well equipped.

Wonderful stay and we would stay here again!

It was a great location. We did not have to use our car all weekend; we walked everywhere! It was wonderful. It also was in an ideal location where it was extremely quiet and we didn't hear the noise of the main street. The whole premises was pretty quiet as well. This hotel was well taken care of and well maintained. The owners were extremely communicative and quick to respond to our inquiries. Checking in and out was effortless!

The only thing that I would have changed would be to add a mini fridge to the room. Unfortunately our cooler had to sustain as our fridge all weekend.

Comfortable easy going spot and can’t beat the price for how clean and fairly remodeled this place is. Again Samnthank y

Proximity to bars and restaurants with a beach about two blocks down. Sam is super responsive and will go out of his way to help you out. Read the details, he really does explain how his check in prices works and is very accommodating. The other half loved the decor and it’s exactly what you need for 2 people. Will be coming back.

Maintenance is needed, if I was to be Nit picky. But that’s most of the inns in the area as they are family owned and operated so little things in busy season isn’t ideal so we understand.

Room needs to be cleaned better.

The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. Location right down town was good.

The shower was way too small and dark. There were cob webs in the corners, the baseboards were dirty and some of the floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. Doors had footprints on them and there was unknown substance near the bathroom door handle. Also there was no heat in the room. The check in instructions indicated to use the thermometer on the wall for heat but it did not work. When we advised them the next day they indicated the wall unit heaters had been turned off and there were smaller heaters in the closet.

Property location is close to stady inns. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely cramped. No heater. No lobby or reception, not at all like advertised! Expected much more for $150 per night

DISGUSTING DIRTY PLACE!

disgusting place!!!! The room we originally had was filthy, bed covered in hair! They switched us rooms, only to find it was worse. There was puke behind the toilet, mold all over the showers, and nothing seemed clean! NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed

There was no breakfast even though promised

Shower water temperature switched between cold and hot on its own. No staff on site. No happy hour as promised. When asked why they were not available by phone, they said that the hotel charge was discounted because they were not provided. But that was not made clear at the time of reservation.

The older reviews are misleading.

Great location and close to Heavenly.

There is no breakfast, no reception, nobody at the place really… you can call and someone will come but there is no one in the office. The heat didn’t work, although they did bring a space heater when I asked.

Very disappointed. We were scheduled for a two night stay, left early, no refund

No coffee in room, floors dirty, no tissue, television remote not working, shortage of toilet paper, the refrigerator was off at checkin took four hours to reach cooling temp.. Decieded to leave after one night. Paid for two nights, no refund
