Decent

I was terrified that there would be bedbugs, but the room was surprisingly clean and not a bedbug to be found (thank goodness!) it was affordable, and a quick drive to commuter rail to NYC.

It was loud at night, and didn’t feel 110% safe —- however, it was quite affordable and would recommend to anyone as long as they keep their prices low.

It's a basic budget motel Ìts all fine. Frige,microwave, clean enough. Staff,house keeping,the location and price are fine for what it is I wouldn't bring a family of 6 and expect breakfast and room service. This ain't the Waldorf so don't expect lots of bells and whistles But they need to get their TV service together.

The only great thing about this hotel was the location. it’s right of exit 9 next to the wwe building. In the center of everything

dirty king room. seams like the place hasn’t been cleaned in months. extremely disappointed in the cleanliness.

Fine for a night or 2 Busy Location. Pretty much in the fast lane of 95. Intense getting in and out But.. Staff is cool Room was neat If your looking for the Waldorf ,keep going . If you need a fair priced ,decent room with the basics Its all good

There was nothing to like

There was trash on the floor and holes in the sheets and mattress where mice had borrowed through. There also were cigarette burns on the sheets walls and floor in a smoke free room.

convenient location, lack of bedbugs, clean sheets, shower was hot

room smelled like smoke, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, dirty (although the bed was clean), loud, and moldy in the shower.

Exceptional

I like the size of the room and bed..I liked it had a mini fridge and microwave..Nice TV, I like the price of the room....I liked the shower

I didn't like that I had to leave so soon..Would have liked an extra day ...Location is a bit far.. I didn't like that TV only has certain channels ..Only 1 lamp worked in the room out of 3

Things could be better

I like the payment method...I like the price.. I like the bed size... I like their is a microwave and little fridge

I didn't like the destination... I had to pay too much for a taxi ..The microwave wasn't cleaned, Didn't like the boric acid in the room.. Didn't like the small towels

AVOID THIS PLACE

Nothing. Everything was horrible. I didn’t stay there, found another place.

The horrible place what I even saw. I booked because I saw normal pictures but that what I saw when arrived that is shocked me! Stinky dirty place with rude receptionist which don’t know what room is actually available ( he give me a key I opened door and surprise- some people are there!) Crazy! Dirty bedding, carpets and bathroom. Strange people, cannabis smells inside. That is not a hotel and service at all, Red Carpet is like a barn for animals. Very disappointed. It was very bad experience for my family . In the middle of the night I was forced to find normal place to stay. What about refund I’m not sure. The man from the front desk told me that he will refund to Booking.com and then they should refund me. Not sure that is true. because he refused to show me refund receipt or some confirmation about, he told me that “is a business secret”.

It definitely needs to be updated! one of my lights didn’t work,the sheets hard cigarette burns! it was just disgusting! The lobby smelled like old cigarettes and mop water

Horrifying. I checked out at 2am, asking for a refund.

It was unacceptable and I couldn't remain there in a bedbug infested room. I felt safer in my car. It will take days to unpack, inspect and clean up my belongings.

In the middle of the night, I found bedbugs in my room, then in a 2nd room that I had to move to, neither room was updated or clean.

Despite bad reviews, I would not miss this. Maybe just get the right room.

The spa bath was really amazing Everything was clean The bed was very comfortable First time I have stayed in a Red Carpet Inn, and looking forward to many more along the East Coast

I couldn't find a false note. My room was exceptional for this price. Those who claim that they had a rodent in their room, go eat that bagel instead of leaving it in the backpack all night long. My stay was great, and I have been in about fifteen different hotels/motels within 20 days...

Great find in Stamford. Nothing fancy but cute for an affordable trip.

Great location - easy to drive down the main road into downtown Stamford, South to get to Cove Island, or North to get to the Arboretum and Gardens and the rest of North Stamford. Right off I-95 so it's easy to get to and find by car from wherever you are coming from.

Might be nice to have a shuttle available from the train station to the Inn, and to some of the top destinations in Stamford. But since we brought our car that wasn't necessary. Slightly more traffic than ideal at the intersection to turn it, but it's not bad.
