Could really use a upgrade

Location

Beds wasn’t comfortable and tv had very few channels! Really pricey considering the poor amenities

Location was about it

Room was dirty.. TV was dirty and only 2 channels worked.. no soap to wash hands after going to the bathroom.. no hairdryer.. no coffee or breakfast ready in lobby at 7:30am … pool was cloudy… walked in to check in and they were talking about lice in one of the rooms.. it was very disappointing & we won’t be going to another courtyard if I have anything to do with it.

Not comfortable.

Front desk clerk was friendly

Bathroom floor was filthy. Had to clean it myself. Bed was very lumpy. Sheets were threadbare. Will not stay there again. We come to Jackson quite often to visit family.

We did not eat in the hotel because it was not included in the rate. We went to eat somewhere else.

Overall the stay was pleasant once we were given a different room.

The location was great. The pool area was terrific for the kids.

We had to ask for another room Becaause our bed reeked of urine. A previous guest had apparently had an accident and it wasn't detected when the sheets were changed.

Room smelled. A/C was not working and the temperature was at 78°. Hotel would not fix the issue and said they had no other rooms. Couch and ottoman in room was filthy. Would not recommend to anyone especially for that price! Holiday Inn Express down the street was a 1000% better and had cold A/C for less money and they gave us a welcome bag with snacks and were very friendly unlike the staff at Courtyard.

We would stay again...

Staff was very friendly and having a Starbucks on site was nice.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when we arrived they only had king suites available. The pull out couch was uncomfortable to say the least.

it was very clean and the staff was nice

the could not accommodate me with joining rooms so i had to sleep on fold out bed and it was not comfortable

Great stay, love it when I get to stay here.

The location was great right off the interstate; as was the staff. The rooms was also clean and comfortable. The food is always good. and I like that they have Starbucks coffee for the morning.

Nothing, the stay was wonderful as always.

Good value! WARM pool! Very pet friendly

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was not free, but we got vouchers because it was advertised as “included”. The poo was WARM !! Very pet friendly-lots of guests had dogs. Nice lounge area on the first floor with hooks to borrow, comfy chairs and a fireplace, bar available in the evening

I don’t support cashless businesses, totalitarian!

The front desk check-in woman was kind and lovely.

Marriott no longer accepts legal tender of cash, NOT OKAY. The pet fee is exorbitant. Small mom and pop places don’t charge so much. had it not been late and already booked, I would have not stayed. I will never stay at Marriott again due to their cashless policy. There was also mold spots on the shower curtain.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub had been taken out! We had looked forward to that after a long day of driving. It was there the last time we stayed.
