The stay wasn’t bad but I’ve had better…by far. You get what you pay for.

Convenient to Highway

Smokers at the front door. First impression was bad. The young man working the counter acted like he would rather be anywhere besides there. Bed sheets were stained. We ask the attendant if he could have them changed and he offered another room which was nice. Breakfast was lame with brown bananas and dried out tangerines.

This Howard Johnson definitely didn’t meet our expectations and we will not stay again unless the price drops.

good location, friendly staff

the bed was horrible!! it took our room forever to cool off ( the a/c unit had tape on it holding something on), no cable TV but ROKU if you can figure it out, small room !! beds were listed as a queen room with 2 queen beds and they were not queen they were full size, small feather pillows, and the floor was extremely dusty and dirty

stayed there on way to Ohio in may and decided to stay again on way back to Texas. property is clean and appealing really enjoyed

I only had one coffee cup in room for my husband and I to share. not good. and no water glasses. shampoo Ine ok but I had some left from prior trip

Won't stay at a Howard Johnson again.

Bed seemed to be clean. Parking was good.

Not much in the way of staff except the person at the front desk. Room and hotel itself was dirty. Paint every where, and bathroom was dirty. Bed was ok but only had a couple pillows, which is the least I've ever had at a hotel.

close and clean enough. I could tell there were recent Renovations and some corners were not complete in the bathroom.

I came in around 4am and the counter girl was not in the best of moods. Did let me keep the room until 12 instead of 11.

Totally disappointed with the attitude of the employee.

The attitude of the staff. I informed the staff member that it would have made a difference as to my choice of hotel. I informed the staff that I had visited the property on another visit and that the hotel was under construction. I informed the young lady that the advertisement was misleading, because it indicated that there was free breakfast but the lobby was undergoing construction. She said you did not have to pay for breakfast. I said I am aware that I did not pay for breakfast but I could have chosen a different hotel that was not undergoing construction. She indicated that it was left up to me what hotel that I select. I told her she was correct and I would make a different selection in the future.

Advertised hot breakfast. Did not have hot breakfast. Had items like cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Had no waffles, eggs biscuits, which was advertised.

If I had known that I didn’t have hot breakfast, I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

I don't appreciate driving 600 miles, arriving at 2030 hr and finding out breakfast is not included

Listing on Booking.com and Expedia clearly said "Breakfast Included" Upon arrival, sign said "No breakfast provided" When I asked the clerk to notify management of the error, he instead made an excuse. Wrong response. Trash outside Pool closed for maintenance, but that doesn't excuse the grotesque appearance.
