We loved the weather, location and the people at the resort but wish the room was taken care of with some pride of owner

location was great, pool area was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

our room is obviously used for rental income because it was stocked with bare bones materials and furnished with old mismatched pieces. The flooring was old and dirty as well.

Loved the location. On the water. We rented a boat and could pull it up on the beach right next to the restaurant. Pool was awesome. The place was clean and loved the space. Main bed was very comfortable. Had beach towels to use. Kitchen was great. View and balcony were great. I spent time sitting on the balcony watching the boats. I would definitely stay again.

Kids slept on the pullout sofa and said it was uncomfortable. No cushion/ support.

We had a very relaxing stay, which was the goal.

The unit and it's view. The pool area was great as was Flipper's.

It was confusing at times when speaking with the different off site staff.

very run down. lamp shades didn’t fit. not much to use in the kitchen. vertical blinds laying on the floor carpet dirty huts in lights. lights not working. it was the biggest disappointment of any BRBo er have stayed in. I would recommend not offering this unit until there is some work done on it. definitely not worth the price. I have NEVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW TO ANYTHING BEFORE. IF WE COUKD HAVE FOUND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STSY WE WOULD HAVE LEFT.

Terrific view

The view was fantastic. Nice place. Condo was a good size. Plenty of towels. 2 beach chairs.

The couch and chair cushions were broke down. Very uncomfortable to sit on. Shower needed a mat as it was very slick. No beach at the condo. You have to drive over to the state park which costs $2 ea. Blinds were busted.

everything else was just awful . the place needs to be gutted! there were holes in the cushions of the chairs, the place was disgusting! I wiped the top of a picture in the kitchen expecting dust, instead it was black mold. both my husband and myself are presently sick with upper respiratory issues. he has asthma so he couldn’t sleep all night. it was really a disaster. ruined our entire trip. also, jacuzzi not working on property

Would definitely stay here again. Relaxing and quiet but also very close to things to do and fort myers beach

Relaxing, quiet, balcony overlooking the bay where you can wake up in the morning and enjoy the sunrise and watch the dolphins.

Could use a bed upgrade. Bed was pretty hard. and the bathtub is hard to get in for short or disabled people.

It was lovely. Woman I interacted with during the reservation process was excellent.

Great view!

The view was absolutely wonderful! Had a view of the bay and the ocean! The room was clean and had a kitchen, a bathroom, living room and bedroom so there was plenty of room!

It could definitely use some touch ups. The bathroom door definitely needed to be repainted and a few other things we saw. But other than that, nothing else was wrong with it. So it is totally worth the stay here! I wouldn’t let a few chipped paint doors stop me from this beautiful view!

Just don't bother

Size of suite was excellent, pool had easy access and the view from our balcony was breathtaking.

Prior to booking, I was not informed that this suite was not managed by Lover's Key Resort. Because of this, we did not receive any housekeeping services, fresh towels or fresh sheets during our 4 night stay. There was a washing machine that you could pay to use. We found this out by asking the front desk staff on day 3 of our stay. Front desk clerks were VERY unfriendly and had very poor customer service skills. They've obviously dealt with this exact situation several times before, but they should be holding their condo owners accountable rather than taking their frustrations out on confused visitors. If I would've known that this was a privately managed condo, I would not have booked this property. If we ever come back to Fort Myers, I will also not book with Lovers Key Resort because of the unfriendly staff.

The water view was nice. We did see dolphins 1 morning. The pool was nice. The jet tub was nice.

Not being a rental with the resort made things a little different. There was shampoo and lotion but no conditioner. The front desk did give us some but said they weren't suppose to. We saw coffee and coffee maker so didn't worry about getting any. Made a pot and it was light brown water. Tried again with just 1 cup of water and it was the same. The 2nd morning my husband went to the lobby around 8:30am. Someone told him they didn't have the coffee set up yet 😕 As we were packing to leave we saw a roach 🙄

The view was perfect

The roaches I took pictures and sent them in plus the room description stated there was a spa tub but all you have is a walk in shower which the plastic rubber on the shower door is falling off. Sliding door don't lock paint of the sliding door of the bathroom is peeling off. Toilet paper was just sitting on the sink because there was no toilet paper holder plus bottles of shampoo with no conditioner. I just had one pot to cook in my first time here for my daughters Birthday and was disappointed for the money I paid. I stay at the Wyhdam Grand Resort in Orlando from May 3 to the 6 and paid less money then what I paid here and there one of the best resort in Orlando.

view was great, pool great and restaurant on site was delicious

condo could have been a little better tended too. Lamp in bedroom didn't work. No kleenex in bath. No spatula in kitchen. Walls could have been freshened up with fresh paint. Looked kind of dated. Also I could have sworn i was to be given a reduction when i originally booked but found the price came thru as the original price when i received the confirmation email directly from the property and it was non refundable so I didn't challenge the property but I will call Booking.com. Don't like it when I don't know exactly what I'm paying up front.

Short stay. Moved to another unit to finish up our week.

We love lovers key resort Very nice unit but may want to get a better cleaning service.

Fingerprints on glass top tables and mirrored closet. Filthy dish in cabinets. Picture in kitchen has grease dripping. Someones contact lens left in the shower. I expected higher standards of cleanliness especially during Covid. So crowded at the pool there were no chairs available.
