Stay was fine. Not receiving promised refund is not ok

Location

You agreed at check in to cancel one room as person flight arrived. You said to tell bookings and bookings said you didn’t agree. I am still waiting for refund on one room. Very disappointed

Not my cup of tea

Clean

Travel with a family of 6 gave me a room someone was staying in moved me to a 2nd room end up being one bed went back down for the 3rd time room was good but Ac has a timer on it no way to turn it off we asked had to get up every hour to turn in back on at night bc the room got so hot

The property has had a lot of cars broken in to this is what the front has said. NOT SAFE

The front desk people they where okay

My new BMW had the window smash out as my car was broken into as it sit right in front of the lobby and no body said or saw anything not happy at all !!!!!!!!!

Awfull!

L’hôtel était overbooke lors de notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et 1 canapé-lit étant une famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Il ne restait aucune chambre de ce type et nous nous sommes vus proposer une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 canapé-lit (soit 3 couchages en tout, pour 5 personnes!) ce qui ne nous permettait pas de nous loger de façon décente car pas assez de couchage pour nous 5. Au bout de 10 minutes de palabre, on nous a finalement concède une deuxième chambre, nous promettant que nous aurions une chambre conforme à notre réservation pour notre deuxième nuit. Le lendemain, nous avons donc reçu la chambre que nous avions réservée, mais celle-ci était particulièrement sale… le sol était dégoûtant et collait. Impossible de marcher pieds nus. L’état de saleté de la chambre était tout bonnement inacceptable! Lorsque nous en avons référé à la réceptionniste, celle-ci s’est contentée de s’excuser sans conviction ni empathie. Trop, c’est trop. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. L’accumulation de désagréments conséquents sur un séjour de 2 nuits seulement est inadmissible.

Disappointment.

Very nice shuttle drivers and front desk staff

Our flight from ATL was delayed and we needed a hotel for one night. I looked for one with a restaurant since we hadn’t eaten since breakfast. No restaurant even though the description said there was one. We ended up purchasing the only snacks available… hummus and pretzels and chips. Asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste and were told they were out. (Our luggage was checked and we weren’t able to get it.) The hotel was not up to the standards of the other Hyatt Place hotels we’ve visited.

Great location and Wobderful Staff

We got to the hotel much earlier than expected, and the lady let us check in early. All the staff was warm and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Great location. We were able to walk a few places. The room was clean as well.

great variety for breakfast- the ladies at check in were so accommodating and a warm welcome since the airline has lost my luggage and the flight was delayed. So a huge thank you to the ladies who made it smooth and easy and warming checking into the hotel. Can’t thank you enough .

nothing to dislike when you have great staff the other things didn’t matter !

That the pool was closed the whole time I stayed. Also that I had to wait almost 4 hours to check in because I was waiting on the housekeepers. Lastly that they charge my card another fee the time of check in that I was not aware of.

I liked that breakfast was served, it was pretty good

Our room, 321 had a horrible smell. I smelled it in the hallway and it was way stronger in the room. The tables were not wiped down and the pillows were dirty. I felt uncomfortable the whole night. I'm glad it was only 1.

Beds were comfy, good breakfast (although not at the promised time of 6AM)

Almost everything was not working properly. Pool closed, no AC in the fitness center, no ice machines working. The whole place seems like it used to be nice but is now falling apart.

It was pleasant but I was over charged

The breakfast was awesome

The property overcharged me I booked on booking.com and my total was 417.25 but when I got to the property there was no reservation in my name and I showed them the confirmation. I was tired had to been flying for 3 1/2 hours. The lady was nice though. At checkout my invoice said $743.44 that is ridiculous for three nights.😩
