The accommodations, and our stay, overall met our expectations.

The property was conveniently located. The breakfast was plentiful, and the food tasted pretty good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. The front desk associates were very pleasant and informative. The women in housekeeping were helpful and pleasant.

Our room, and bathroom were tiny in size. The carpet in the room looked aged and worn. When we arrived at the hotel on Friday night, approximately 9:00pm, there were no luggage carts to be found in building 3. Did not like the policy of fresh towels and wash cloths every other day. We would have preferred fresh towels and wash cloths each day.

Like a horror film

The staff at the checkin.

Very disappointed with this hotel. It is terrible how it smells, the lack of cleaning everywhere, the toilet had many parts broken, the A/C is noisy and throwing dust, lack of A/c at the hallway, the dinning room was like a very old school, etc. We left one day earlier because it was impossible to be more time, specially for our health.

Great place for your trip to silver dollar city, and Shows

Great value, good location, friendly office, clean, love the king size bed. Glad to have the scrambled eggs again (instead of the fried)..Nice to have refrigerator and microwave:-)

Refrigerator not very cold, bit I didn't mention it. They'd probably have exchanged it if I had. ..coffee maker pouches difficult to open, and the filter is ripped when it is,, good thing is there is always coffee available in the lobby, or 6:30 am breakfast:-)

Definitely recommend!!

The breakfast was amazing!! The beds were extremely soft! Everything made for a beautiful time for me and my nephews! God bless!!

The bathrooms were a little small and the bathroom door didn’t lock.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Easy to get to rooms. Breakfast was very good.

Our room ,while clean, had a weird smell to it. Very musty, not like cleaner. Kind of like it had been closed up a long time. 2103

Family vacation for Spring Break

Breakfast was good but could use some variety for multi-day travelers. Pool was open late and was indoors. There was an arcade on the property and reasonable vending machines.

Breakfast selection. There wasn't a seating area or lobby space in our building for travelers to play games and just visit.

I’d return for the room but not for the breakfast

great room, staff at checkin/ checkout were very cordial.

very little coffee and bathroom supplies in room. Breakfast was not good, cold and the coffee was some of the worst tasting I’ve ever had. no fruit or yogurt

I liked the way the resort looked. The waterfall was still going, even though it was pretty cold out.

The breakfast wasn't as good as the staff hyped it up to be. The bathroom door didn't close unless you lifted tge toilet seat up. There wasn't a closet and the vanity area had very little room to put your toiletries on.

Comfort of bed, cleanliness of room and kind staff

None of the outlets in the bathroom worked. They were old, and none of the appliances would stay plugged into the outlets. I couldn't use my flat iron or my electric toothbrush. That was a huge inconvenience, but I realized that after checking in, the hotel is old. Thank goodness for the surge protectors. If not for them, I couldn't even have charged my cell phone. Almost $500 for 3 nights was a little much considering all the problems, but again I understand the hotel is old and staff can't help that. Everyone working there was nice and helpful and kudos to housekeeping. Room was very clean.
