Easy value resort for last minute trip

Nice room easy check in

Air conditioner fell off wall loudly while I was sleeping, I wish there was better lighting in the bedroom area, and it could have been cleaner

Needs serious upgrades.

Sink drain stopper broken, toilet roll holder was broken off wall, room A/C EXTREMELY loud which interrupted sleep, no microwave in room, freezer in room frig was seriously over frosted and unusable. Microwave in lobby area was extremely inadequate and only one to serve all guests.

Only needed a place to sleep, but won’t go back.

Cost and staff were very nice.

Dirty. Had to get new sheets. Chair was filthy. Ironing board was filthy and wouldn’t close. Elevator was broken.

location waas perfect for the event I attended

The place is run down, dirty. the staff were too busy playing games with two guys hanging out there. The room was noisy due to the staff running around slamming the back door until 3 in the morning...screaming at each other. There are many other hotels in the area much nicer for the same money. This place is one step away from a pay by the hour hotel

The stay was overall ok.

The property was good clean and the staff was also. It’s in the middle of everything

They don’t have rooms to accommodate the people who smoke. An the it’s no continental breakfast it’s only bagels fruit and coffee

Good value but....

Check in was quick and easy. It was Quiet. The pillows and bed were comfortable. Hot showers. Fresh hot coffee in the am. Close to many amenities, highway, and restaurants. The price was right.

It's a nonsmoking room but was very clear someone before me smoked in the room. Burn holes all over the comforter and smokey smell.

Bored, I paid way too much to sit in a room.

The TV didn’t work. The cable box service was “disabled”. It wasn’t an issue with the hardware or connection. The service that comes from the Cable Company was NOT activated on that box. I had a program that I was looking for to watch and spent the night with any form of entertainment.

Alright for the night

The location was convenient to get to Philly for work. Great deal online

No microwave in the room Too many tolls for wherever I went TV didn't work most of the time (remote also) The fact that 1 bed is sold for a family of 4 makes no sense. At least offer a pullout couch or other bed alternative in the room

Lak of help

Night clerk was very attentive. The TV was disconnected and he took the time to find the problem and fix it.

When I went to get breakfast housekeeping was wet mopping the floor in front of the entrance to the room. When we were checking out we asked for a receipt to confirm payment and was told they could not find it and they would email it to me. 11 hours later and we still have not received email. Very unhappy with this. Will not book with this hotel again.

Toothpaste toothbrush and soap 🤦‍♂️ would nice in a hotel.. and have some paper plate in the lunchroom.. I had to purchased a whole stockpile of paper plates just for one..

I would use this hotel again when visiting family in Philadelphia.

The location was perfect for our trip. Hotel is right off the New Jersey Turnpike. Starbucks and Ale house in the parking lot.

We could never get clean towels. We were always told they were out of them.

All very good except breakfast

Room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Room rate much better value than other hotels in the area.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired - just packaged oatmeals & a few apples. If there was supposed to be more, it was not replenished at 8:40am. No lids for the coffee

Were given keys to a room already occupied by another guest.

Were given keys to a room already occupied by other guests and this was at 11pm. Entered the room, saw some stuff laying around and then suddendly heard someone scream. Went to complain at the reception and there was a couple who had just had the same thing happen to them as well. The hotel staff ignored everything and just gave us both different room keys. Horrible experience.

Don't bother

The beds were comfortable. That is about the only good thing

Very disappointed in the room. The shower was covered in hair. The room was very run down. Can we talk about the "breakfast included", you know what breakfast was a granola bar or a cup of oatmeal and juice.. I also had to run to my car for something and came back and my key wouldn't work. I have to go back downstairs to see why. No one was at reception and I stood there for approximately 10 minutes. Only 1 light worked in the whole room. Needless to say I will never stay again

The super duper eight!!

The staff is extremely friendly, from front end to housekeeping, the backbone of the operation. A word that is definitely not in anyone's vocabulary here is no. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help in any way possible my room is always clean in comparison to every other hotel or motel in this area super 8 is by far the cleanest for the value if I can't afford the Marriott I will stay at the super 8 just as good except for the breakfast but whatever Is was close by 👍💪😎

The only downside is I didn't have enough time to spend in my room and enjoy it

Reasonable cost, close to restaurants, quiet, comfortable room

A little better maintenance in a few areas particularly the bathroom rust & peeling paint, needs better steam exhaust
